Newly renovated cottage with private jetty and amazing views. The property has the address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Sørlandsperle at Fevik (Arendal/Grimstad)

The cabin is located on a hill overlooking the sea. You can enjoy the beautiful view of, among other things, the small and large Torungen lighthouse from the sofa corner, or from the terrace. Here there is sun from morning and evening and a large undisturbed outdoor area (grass and terrace). Free area with a small beach can be found just below (100 m). Here it is shallow and perfect for crab fishing, swimming and kayaking. There are also opportunities for swimming and playing volleyball at Sagodden jetty (end of Sagoddveien).

Large house by the lake

Located in a rural area with only 150m to a great sandy beach and diving board. 3 similar bedrooms, 1 large master bedroom with private bathroom and balcony, 1 guest room in connection with the TV room. Large gym with sound and TV, can take the trip on a road bike as well. Possibility to borrow canoe or kayaks to paddle in the beautiful archipelago right from the house. Short distance to Hove or other hiking areas. About 10 km to Arendal city center. A small boat with 9.9 hp is included.

Apartment by the lake on scenic Buøya.

Here there is the possibility of recreation for the whole family. There are several beaches on this small island and nice hiking trails. We have two sturdy kayaks and a canoe that you can borrow to take a small paddle trip inshore. About 50 meters from the house there is the possibility to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Or for the little ones, the beach that is 100 meters away is a favorite place. Possibility for the children to jump on the trampoline. We offer free access to electric car chargers

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

Large house with many bedrooms. The house is located close by the sea. It has garden and dock in front of the house. It is a beautiful place for swimming and fishing. Boat with outboard motor can be rented as well. The house is newly refurbished and has bright pleasant interior. New kitchen. Parking. Central location near the center of Arendal. 5 min by car, 10 min by bike, 30 min by walk. If you want to visit Dyreparken Zoo in Kristiansand it takes 40 min by car.

Cabin on Tromøya with beach line + jetty

New cabin (2022) with high standard and particularly nice and sheltered location. The cabin is located a few meters from the lake and Raet National Park and has its own beach and jetty. It has many outdoor spaces and good sun conditions. Access: The property is located at the heart of Hovekilen, at Sandum Bridge. There is a private road through the neighboring cottage's plot for parking on the property, which is about 10 meters away from the cottage.

Grimstad: Cabin close to the sea

Moderne hytte med sjøutsikt og alle fasiliteter, på Vessøyneset, mellom Arendal (10 min) og Grimstad (10 min). Bygget i 2015, med 4 soverom, 1 bad og stor, åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning. Romslig terrasse og kort vei til Norges fineste strender. Grimstad og Arendal byr på sørlandsidyll, kafeer og kulturopplevelser. 3 parkeringsplasser. Gode bussforbindelser til både Grimstad og Arendal. Kristiansand Dyrepark ligger kun 35 min unna med bil.

Enjoy the morning in peace and quiet, and a bustling boating life throughout the day. Short walk to Barbupark and Arendal city center. One large and one small bedroom. Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet rett ved vakre Nidelva er dette plassen. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
