Great location with frequent and quick bus connection to Arendal city center

Needed a place to stay for a film festival and this place worked perfectly. Very affordable, clean and tidy and good furniture. The host was solid on communication and flexible, and I was welcomed with snacks and extra duvet pack. Is a bit away from the center of Grimstad but are several bus opportunities and if you have a car, there is a non-issue. Thanks for a great stay!

Cozy apartment with everything needed. Great with a wood-burning stove!

Nice apartment, perfectly suitable for couples with one child. Great location and lovely view right towards the water in quiet and cozy small house buildings, with small public bathing jetty with stairs just below. Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and patio, good beds. Some small things could be improved: - It works bad to tell that the key is under the mat when there is no mat in front of the door, which had a little more accuracy in communication been preferable. I guess we got to notice help immediately when we called. - It smells a little musty from the kitchen sinks, something should be done about that. Otherwise, it smelled a bit of scented candles in the apartment when we arrived, we could have been outside. - We couldn't get the TV or wifi to work, and the contact person couldn't help, where guests should get clear instructions. However, these are small houses. You should be quite cross and difficult not to enjoy yourself here.

This was good! We felt very well taken care of by an incredibly nice host both before, during and after the stay. It was easy to find the apartment. Central location and nice with a Parking garage is nearby. The apartment was nicely decorated, well equipped and clean. We thank you for a great stay in Grimstad! Hanne Guro Garder, Oslo

Glory, what a place! Katrine's apartment was even nicer in real life, and it really had all the amenities we needed. Well-equipped, clean and perfect location, and was great for us as a family who wanted to experience both Arendal and Dyreparken. Travel bed and dining chair were ready for the youngest upon arrival! Katrine was great to communicate with and helpful with what we were wondering about! We definitely want to go back😍

A small, but efficient apartment ideal for people in need of a small and neat place in Arendal. Well priced!

We spent a great month in this Airbnb ! The hist quickly replied and the place is really well located ! The only negative point was the insects (woodlice) but apart from that the place was ideal!

Very nice apartment in a great location! Lovely with a small patio on the lawn that had sun from morning to evening. Unfortunately, there is a lot of listening from the upstairs, but it was fine/ok for us.

We had an amazing weekend at Annette's apartment. As a host, she is friendly, quick to answer questions and flexible. The apartment is quietly located in a cul-de-sac within walking distance to Grimstad city center and has a great garden that can be used. It has everything needed for equipment and facilities. We would gladly came back later!

I spend a month here and loved it! The apartment was very nice and stayed warm when it got cold. The host was super nice and easy to talk too. She made me feel like I was staying at a home away from home. Thank you!! I hope I get the chance to stay here again!

So lovely a stay we had in Solgun's little apartment. The sofa bed just went on to our two little girls :) Located in the most beautiful nature and many nice walks are possible 🤩 Solgunn was a great host who also helped quickly when we had power issues. Happy to visit again ☺️

Nice apartment in a new construction field. The apartment looks clean and new. Access to the terrace and garden, which the kids really appreciated. A little swim down to the beach, pier and swimming. Flekkerøy is a southern gem and a relatively small island, so nothing is very far away. Very quiet and peaceful area, with nature in the immediate vicinity. June was also a very nice hostess who provided great instructions and facilitates us to have a nice holiday. We had a great time and would happily come back.

Our stay at Joakim’s place was magical! The view was incredible and the cabin cozy and inviting. Joakim was responsive and friendly throughout the stay. We certainly hope to come back in the future!

Thanks for a great stay! The apartment was only a 12 minute drive from the zoo. Incredibly peaceful atmosphere, beautiful garden and an amazing view. The apartment was modern and clean, and the host went above and beyond and was super helpful and friendly. Definitely a nice plus to be able to enjoy the view from the jacuzzi. Would easily come back again.

We felt very comfortable in the house. The atmosphere was excellent. Nothing is missing. The children aged 4 & 6 also had a great time. There were plenty of toys inside and outside to entertain themselves with. We would love to come back again.
