Older detached house for rent. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the jetty and Nidelva in Arendal. The house has good sun conditions and a large terrace with seating area and barbecue. The house is from 1970, but recently made light renovation in the bedrooms. One bedroom has a wardrobe and a 120 cm bed, while the other bedroom also has a wardrobe and a 150 cm bed. Several beaches 5-10 min away by car. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 min from the nearest store and less than 20 minutes from Arendal (by car). There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 8 beds (3 with double beds and one with 2 single beds). There is a kitchen garden and greenhouse that needs to be watered, but it can also be harvested.

Downtown Sørland house

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to orderly people. Panoramic views of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feeling, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms. You don't need to bring soap, shampoo, etc. And some basic goods will be available for free disposal. Everyone who rents with us is greeted with a nice welcome gift.
