Quiet place. Exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was very new, I missed one thing or another in the kitchen, but nothing that hindered the stay.

The apartment is very nice, with a good terrace. Very comfortable. Regarding Pontal do Arraial, and this applies to all the accommodations in the area, the road is VERY bumpy. If you rent a manual car, you must know how to use it very well, as there are very steep climbs with potholes. However, it is important to note that the Pontal area is magical. The difficulties in getting there will not be compared to the immense beauty.

Nice house, well-kept and very close to the beach, you don't even need to take the car out of the garage, 10 minutes of slow walking and you're already at Praia do Peró

We had a fantastic time at Heloise's house with high school friends. The house has everything you need to enjoy the beach, barbecues, spacious and very comfortable. Close to downtown Arraial and very safe because it is a gated community. Heloise was very attentive in the preparations for the trip, our arrival and when we left. I recommend the house and we will surely return another year.

The house is brand new, with beautiful and comfortable bathrooms. It is inside Pontal do Atalaia, 2 km from the beach staircase, one day we walked there. Great to get to know Arraial do Cabo from the perspective of Pontal do Atalaia

Amazing experience we had. From the moment we arrived until the day of departure, everything was simply impeccable. The house is wonderful and cozy, clean, well-equipped. Every detail makes a difference and shows the care you take in welcoming your guests in the best way possible. We feel at home all the time, with comfort, tranquility and safety. The location is also excellent, and everything worked perfectly during our stay. Certainly one of the best experiences we have ever had in hosting, we recommend with our eyes closed and, undoubtedly, we hope to return soon!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Very beautiful, clean, spacious, whimsical decor, amenities, great pool! We loved it! The condominium is safe, private and with a view of a Lagoon. It is close to a market, health center, petshop, pharmacy, etc. In addition to being very close to the Araruama Lagoon, which is sensational - a place that looks like a beach, clean, shallow water, you can get in the water all the time, which is just up to your chest. The house had everything that was needed for the stay: fridge, air fryer, stove, kitchen utensils, freezer, TV, air-conditioning in all rooms. Anyway, perfect! It was really worth it, my whole family loved it

My stay was wonderful! The place is exactly like in the pictures: everything very clean, organized and with all the information of the ad being faithfully followed. The view is simply perfect, and the location is excellent, close to everything I needed. The host responds super fast and was very attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would definitely return!

We had an amazing time at this apartment. The host was incredibly flexible with Check in and check out but most of all the view from the balcony is incredible. The apartment is really well equipped and there’s also access to a shared swimming pool. The beaches nearby are beautiful and very easily accessed. I thoroughly recommend staying at this apartment five stars for everything thank you so much.

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!
