My experience was excellent! The house is very good, exactly as shown in the photos, comfortable and well-equipped. The location is a great advantage: everything is very close, especially the beaches, which are just a few minutes away. It was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come back other times. We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including benches to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls by car, about 10 min. I found it great value for money.

We love the loft, very clean and organized hotel comfort, great staff, with an apartment hotel price. Very comfortable, great bedding, good kitchen utensils, also good. It was worth every day and with a great price.

We spent great days as a family. The house is extremely pleasant, very ventilated, foot in the sand, as well as being beautiful. We've been taken care of in everything we need. The beach is very quiet, great for those who like a good walk, with warm sea water. we love the stay!

The house is just wonderful! The maintenance is impeccable, the location and view are amazing. The kitchen is super well equipped, making the stay even more comfortable. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our trip. We took a boat trip in Arraial, and it was just amazing! On other days, we chose to make the most of the house and the condominium's private lagoon. The house is so cozy that we preferred to spend most of the time relaxing by the pool, barbecuing and enjoying the tranquility. The condominium also has a bakery and restaurant/pizzeria, providing more convenience. Franco is an exceptional host, always attentive, available and very kind. He gave us great tips about the area, making our experience even more special. We can't wait to go back!
