My stay was wonderful! The place is exactly like in the pictures: everything very clean, organized and with all the information of the ad being faithfully followed. The view is simply perfect, and the location is excellent, close to everything I needed. The host responds super fast and was very attentive throughout the stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would definitely return!

We had an amazing time at this apartment. The host was incredibly flexible with Check in and check out but most of all the view from the balcony is incredible. The apartment is really well equipped and there’s also access to a shared swimming pool. The beaches nearby are beautiful and very easily accessed. I thoroughly recommend staying at this apartment five stars for everything thank you so much.

The stay was simply wonderful! Everything was impeccably clean and organized, with super-smelling bed and bath linens. The beds and sofas were very comfortable, which made all the difference in our experience. The location is also perfect, close to the beach and Prainha's restaurants, which made our tours much easier. Every year we hold a family event and we are happy to have chosen Marilene's house. We were welcomed by the owners as friends. As the layout of the rooms is well integrated, it didn't matter if you were in the kitchen, living room, pool or barbecue area, it was possible to interact and talk. The house looks a few years old, but the pool is new and some rooms have been renovated. I found the shower to be a luxury. It's been a long time since I've had such a nice shower. We went to the beach that is next to the house and wow... quiet with the warmest water in Búzios. We really loved it! Thanks for a special weekend.

Max and Juliana's house is spectacular, all the perfect accommodations, we went as a family for a total of 15 people and there was still plenty of space, bedding and everything of great quality the excellent beds, the living area at the top helps a lot and had everything we needed, really a great experience, about the location is 8 km from the beach of the fort, which I consider a very quiet distance, the access to the house is a little scary on the first day, but after all the name "lookout" is not an act, after climbing the first time we got used to it and it didn't get in the way at all, all the colors that we need anything Magno that makes services for the house super well, we are all satisfied with the experience.

Extremely clean, listing compliant description, spacious, close to the beach and points of interest in Buzios. Communication was always fast, relevant and flexible. House in a WONDERFUL condo. Mr. Júlio, Patrícia and Beto extremely attentive. The house is better than the photos. A huge terrain facing the lagoon. Children's may be loose without any worries. The water is shallow for many, many meters . 6 suites with air that cooled mto well. Large bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen and has a fridge in the kitchen and balcony. Alem do freezer. Lawn in front and football pitch behind which the children loved. The terrain tb accommodated the 6 cars that were. I don't have anything to say. I suffered to come away. What a delightful place.

We really like to spend the weekend at Apto da Alexandra. Your communication from the beginning to the end of the stay was excellent and very attentive. From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Apartment as described and in the photos, clean and organized. Good mattresses, air-conditioners working well, clean linens and towels. Excellent location, the view is really very beautiful.

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial gate so that his collaborator could give us the key. We did, but our message didn't reach Mirtes, and he didn't answer our call. We called his colleague, who also didn't answer us, until at one point the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the condominium reception called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension, as it was the first time we rented from Mirtes, who responded to us after receiving the keys. We were practically sleep-deprived from the trip and with three children who were also tired. Everything else was great! The apartment is very well maintained, very nicely decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the promenade. Spectacular! Go back
