It was a huge pleasure to stay in this charming house for 5 days! The house is very cozy with an amazing outdoor space that our dogs, Gaia and Pandora, loved it! All necessary utensils were available, which made our stay even more comfortable. The gourmet area and pool were great for enjoying our family moments. Hosts are extremely polite, thoughtful, and concerned about the well-being of guests, which made all the difference. Check-in and check-out were super flexible, which was greatly appreciated. We recommend this house for those looking for a comfortable and cosy stay. We've passed some suggestions for improvements to hosts, but nothing to discredit the location. Thanks for welcoming us so well

Perfect home, all new, clean and with a team always ready to help. The Arete condominium is new but very well structured, for us it was good because we fled the chaos of downtown, normal on New Year's Eve. We will be back!!

These were incredible days that I spent with my family, a quiet place facing the shallow lagoon, great for the elderly and children . The house offers kayaking and stand up, allowing us to enjoy even more! Great outdoor area, very complete kitchen. The only recommendation is, bring a sunshine guard, so that you can enjoy all day in the lagoon ! I loved the house !

Cozy house, well located in Monte Alto Beach, clean and organized place. The host is very helpful and responded quickly to my requests. I also point out that the house is well equipped and is close to good kiosks on the beach and the lagoon. I really enjoyed Monte Alto, a place that, despite lacking infrastructure, has a beautiful, quiet beach, a good place to relax and spend time with the family, it is a place away from the hustle and bustle of the main points of Arraial and Cabo Frio. The only reservation I make regarding the stay would be the start check-in, which was very late.

We loved the stay. The house is super comfortable and modern, we felt at home, it accommodated 13 people very comfortably, we didn't even want to leave lol. Everything was excellent. The lake view was impeccable. Everything in the house is of the highest quality. The housekeeper was essential, in addition to being very attentive and helpful, she cooks wonderfully well. We'll be back soon! Super indico!

My wife and I loved the accommodation, very close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk. Local commerce is also very close, with supermarkets, bakeries, and beverage distributors all two blocks from the house. The house is extremely clean, organized and in a very quiet neighborhood. We can't help but congratulate Vanderlei's attention, very polite and ready to answer any request. We'll be back for sure!

Amazing house with a great location outside the tourist hustle and bustle and at the same time super close to Rua das Pedras. The house helpers Luana and Luciano are sensational, super helpful and lovely people. The house is undergoing a renovation, but nothing that takes away all the comfort and feeling of being at home that it offers. Super recommend it and I will be back for sure.
