I spent some incredible days in Arraial do Cabo and was fortunate enough to stay in a super well-located home in the city centre. I was just a few minutes walk to some of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil — great option for those who want to explore the region without needing a car at all times. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and exactly as described. Quiet environment, with everything working perfectly. The host was very attentive and helpful, always available to answer questions and give good local tips. Undoubtedly, a great choice for those seeking practicality, comfort and good location in Arraial. Voltaria for sure!

Iphigenia's house is just like the photos. It has everything you need for a beautiful stay, even an ice cream maker to take to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, it has a market and bakery one block away from the place. I definitely recommend this place and would choose it again!

Carla is very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment is great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

The flat is exactly like in the pictures. Facing the Praia dos Anjos and close to the piers where you can take boat trips along the beaches of Arraial do Cabo. Carolliny was very assertive with the guidelines and information, always promptly answering our questions. The accommodation is a great value for the money.

Valmir and Fátima were amazing from the start! I was suggested bars, bakeries, restaurants close to the Ap, allowed early check in and for what I needed, they catered to me super fast! The ap is beautiful, with all the utensils, it was super clean, smelling, impeccable bedding, had sun guard, beach chair and cooler available for use, and it was very cozy! We will definitely be back and we already recommend it to everyone in the family! Thanks for the great stay!

Nice studio in Arraial do Cabo. Accesible by car, incredible views and surrounded by nature. The studio has everything you need for a nice stay!

We went from Copenhagen to Cabo Frio to visit my family, we thought the apartment was cozy from the photos and decided to rent it. It was the best thing we did! Our 16-night stay was wonderful in the apartment. We felt at home. Everything was clean, organized. The apartment couldn't be in a better location than this. Leaving the building, you are already on the beachfront. Close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, etc. A 15-minute walk along the edge of Forte beach, you reach the exciting neighborhood of Passagem. The communication between us and the managers was pleasant, always attentive to whether the customer needs anything, a 10 for you. For those who will stay in the apartment. Good place and very good location!

The loft is cozy and nicely decorated. The cleaning was impeccable and the host was very attentive. One detail worth mentioning is that the whirlpool takes a long time to heat up (around 8 hours), which ended up limiting its use a little because I stayed during a cooler season. Even so, the experience was wonderful.
