Large house with swimming pool, gourmet area, 600 meters from Lagoa de Araruama. 3 km from the Bus Station. Great for relaxing and enjoying with family. There are 3 bedrooms, one is a suite, two have air-conditioning, a large living room, with a balcony surrounded by Blindex, a foosball table for the enjoyment of children and adults. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds. You are welcome to my house which offers all my guests 3 bedrooms, one big Master suite with bathtube and tv, ar conditioner, closet, 2 extra bedrooms total of nine beds, 1 bedroom with Air conditioner. A comfortable dining room, it has a big 6 chairs table, 3 sofas, 60' TV. A kitchen equiped with all for your comfort. A big Garden ,pool,gourmet area, laundry, parking área, all you need to relax and enjoy good days in a houve very close to the beach and City markets.
