My experience was excellent! The house is very good, exactly as shown in the photos, comfortable and well-equipped. The location is a great advantage: everything is very close, especially the beaches, which are just a few minutes away. It was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come back other times. I recommend it!

Amazing house, exactly as in the pictures. Everything impeccably clean, clean bedding and bathrooms, functional kitchen with absolutely everything you might need and more, nothing is missing. The outside area is wonderful and won our heart, because we were able to enjoy the pool, barbecue, etc. We had an amazing and delicious reception made by Carol, Zezé is very nice and always served us very well and Wagner has always been very helpful with us. I would be honestly missing characters because I would really compliment you. Thank you very much! It was perfect! I have absolutely nothing to suggest improvement. It was wildly the best home we've ever been through Airbnb. Voltaria a thousand times!

The house is new, very beautiful and exactly as described in the photos, 3 en-suites and one room without a bathroom, plus a room with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor, organized and clean. Very spacious and super complete kitchen and living room to receive a lot of people. The gourmet area has a barbecue and cooktop already with gas, a very nice place. The pool is small but met our needs. One point of improvement would be to change the curtains or include a light cutter, as in the morning there was a lot of light. Great house in a safe condominium and attentive host, I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The house is absolutely charming and was spotless when we arrived. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, which made us very happy. The host, Amanda, and her husband were extremely attentive and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We felt very comfortable the whole time. Frederick and Raquel are great hosts! Beautiful home, seamless check-in/out process and they gave us some great recommendations for food and beaches. Buzios is quite a drive from the tourist destinations but ideal if you’re looking for a more scenic and relaxed experience in Rio 😊

An incredible experience, a very quiet and organized condominium, very well located close to several places 10/20min by car. Very kind and attentive hostess, I had a small accident with breaking something and she was super attentive to me. Fully equipped house with everything made me feel at home and I will definitely come back more often.

My experience at Casa Atenas was excellent! The house is exactly as shown in the photos — spacious, well-equipped, clean and very cozy. A special highlight is the wonderful view from the balcony, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. In addition, the host was very attentive, helpful and always available to help with any questions. I highly recommend the stay and will definitely be back on my next visit to Arraial do Cabo!

Beautiful house, all clean and with an incredible look. The fact that it has 5 suites is great, as it brings comfort and privacy to guests, as well as being well-equipped and having breathtaking views. The outdoor area is just like the photos, with a pool-beach, functional furniture and a barbecue with all the skewers and grills. Apart from the infrastructure, Bruno was a great host, always proactive and available in case of questions. The employee Lindaci is a sweetheart. I hope to come back more often.

great stay; Super cool cozy yard, about the house the rooms are great with fans, the living room is worth mentioning that you need to put a fan because it is hot and there are some places in the house with broken floors because it can hurt if the child walks barefoot. The kitchen is great with all new utensils and appliances. The place is very quiet and the lake is great for children and has several kiosks.

Excellent location, facing the beach, close to a bar and grocery store. The sea in front is rough (it was pulling a lot). Regarding the property, the listing corresponds exactly to the location. The only point is that we found the stairs to the second bedroom a little dangerous but it has a handrail, which did not diminish satisfaction at all during our stay. I went with pets and the outside area is great for them. I will definitely return! Great house, great location and great service.
