The apartment is very comfortable and cozy, it has all the amenities and everything you need for cooking. It is very well located, close to the Passagem neighborhood with lots of gastronomic options, a few blocks from the beach, and a few blocks from downtown.

Our time in the apartment was simply amazing! We were greeted by Fernanda and her son, who were extremely polite and attentive from the first moment. The apartment has a spectacular view of the dunes and the sea, which left us enchanted. It is a cozy space, well equipped and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The location is great, a few steps from the sea. Fernanda made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I and my family loved the stay, the place was quiet and the surrounding beaches and ponds were clean and safe. Luiz, Andréia (homemade) and her husband were extremely attentive and kind to all of us! I recommend the place and will be back again.

The space was spotless when we arrived. Furnished in a very practical and pleasant way, as well as very good taste in the decoration and facilities in the kitchen utensils. All in quality. Very large rooms and new and very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The balcony is very nice. The condominium staff is very helpful and the pool area is great to enjoy on a post beach or on days you don't want to leave. Perfect environment! We recommend with your eyes closed!

5 stars, the house is really as pictured and very cozy. For those looking for privacy, it is ideal, it is 15 minutes from the center of Saquarema by car, the beach that is nearby is a little dangerous to enter. However, the house is excellent, I leave as a suggestion the replacement of ceiling fans with a newer one.

Check-in was very good, the host was very nice and explained everything to us, the bathroom was very clean and tidy, the pool was also very clean. A very cozy and nice place. One block from the train station and a business and restaurant, everything was great.

Great location, close to Angels beach and big beach, which are the best beaches in the center. Near the house has several shops, restaurants, etc. The house is large, the outer shower is very good, it has a washing machine, bathroom outside as well. The apartment is well located, is next to the bus station and there are many ways to get around the city, access to the main beaches is very easy, using a car, Uber or public transportation. Renata is a great host, always quick in replies and the space is exactly as described. I recommend the boat-taxi to go to the hard-to-reach beaches and crystal clear waters. We had a great weekend.

The place is just like the photos. Located in the best condominium in Arraial do Cabo, near the area to take the boats to Pontal. If you're going to Arraial, I recommend staying here!
