I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for a month and a half, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment is beautiful, stylish, and perfectly equipped for a long stay. Every detail — from the furniture to the kitchen gadgets — was carefully chosen and of great quality, which made everything feel extra comfortable and welcoming. One of the best parts was the weekly cleaning — it honestly felt like staying in a boutique hotel. Everything was always fresh, clean, and taken care of with real attention to detail. The neighborhood is also amazing: peaceful, safe, and super convenient. There are great laundromats, supermarkets, and local shops within walking distance. I highly recommend renting a bike with Bicimad — riding along the river all the way to the Royal Palace was one of my favorite things to do, especially with the gorgeous weather. I would have liked a studio on the top floor, but I requested on the ground floor because I can't climb stairs. We suggest that they include a couple of wine glasses and flat spatula to be able to flip fried eggs (very difficult with wooden spoon). Likewise, a hairdryer would be very useful, as would a small clothesline to dry freshly washed clothes. Have two folding tables to place suitcases (suitcases). Thank you.

I stayed at the apartment for 2 1/2 months and everything was perfect! The apartment is exactly as it is described. It's equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. When I arrived, everything was quite clean and in a good shape. The flat is in the attic and has sloping ceilings. Tall people have to be careful not to bump their heads - especially in the shower. Although the apartment is very small, every centimeter is used the best way possible which is why there is a lot of storage place. The area is fantastic. Malasaña is a vibrant neighboorhood with a lot of Shops, Restaurants and Bars. It's only a few minutes walking to Gran Vía and the City Center. The next metro stations (Noviciado, Plaza España or Tribunal) are also within walking distance. Finally, Max was a very polite and friendly host. When there was an issue, he answered within a few minute and helped immediately. Thank you!
