Our family loved staying here. Beautful area and lots of fun for the kids!

We had 4 great days in the beautiful house. The great thing is that it is super usable in both good and bad weather and invites you to simply relax. Fireplace and sauna for rainy days, the large terrace for hot days. Really recommended. 🍀 In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, so you can start cooking right away.

Very nice spacious place. Worked very well for us as a family with 3 young kids. Beautiful surroundings and the cottage is located at a nice quite spot in the park. We had a very relaxing time, definitely recommended.

Really nice place to spend a few days off. Karin and Nico are really nice and helpful. We appreciate all the understanding and the help. Also nice to spend time in sauna and hottub.

Beautiful place and property. We loved our stay in Bloemendaal, the location is so peaceful and quiet, it is a great spot to relax, but also close to town and the train station. Max and his family were lovely people and Max was very responsive with everything we need. We were also greeted by Tom & Hummer when we arrived, which for cat lovers, was a lovely surprise :) They were so sweet! We hope to come back to The Netherlands sometime and would love to stay here again.

perfect place to stay with young kids to get a nature fix...ours are 4 years and 6 months. We had lovely walks from the door, beautiful green garden, cosy inside space, great shower and beds. Clearly a home from home with great baby equipment and plenty of toys to amuse young kids. We enjoyed a trip to the local cherry orchard/cafe and my 4 year old (speaking for us all) wants to come back for longer next time!

The cabin is located in the middle of nature, a beautiful setting, very quiet, perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle. However, a few things to consider: it is very cold at night, and heating is not included in the price, which can be uncomfortable. Bath towels are not provided either, so remember to bring them. Access to the pool and hot tub is by reservation only, and you must be completely naked – a point that should be clearly stated in the listing, as it will not be suitable for everyone. In summary, a great experience for nature and calm lovers, but it's best to read the conditions carefully before booking.

We were with 4 girls and enjoyed the wellness. Everything was sparkling clean and tidy. Close to Haarlem where we have done all our activities.

Very pleasant stay, as we already knew in advance it is a very noisy house. We didn't mind at all! Very neat condition, nice that bed linen and towels were provided. Beautiful garden that we had a lot of fun in. Ideal to come with children. We enjoyed it!

The Kota of Jolanda and Falko is a wonderfully cozy place and nicely decorated. Because it is made of wood, it feels very natural inside and you can relax. The garden is beautifully landscaped with lots of nice corners and beautiful views. Its sunsets are phenomenal! You can walk into the beautiful Zouweboezem in no time. Jolanda and Falko like to think along about beautiful walks and are open for a chat. For fridge and toilet, you have to walk a little bit through the garden. If you adjust to that, that's no problem. The wifi doesn't reach to the Kota right now, but we're still thinking about editing this in the future. By the way, it does offer a chance to really switch off😉. All in all, a nice place with friendly people and a beautiful area.

We had a wonderful few days at Jody and Huib's beautiful place. The chalet is fantastically located – both the sea and the IJsselmeer can be reached quickly, and some places worth seeing in the area can also be easily accessed. The accommodation was sparkling clean and superbly equipped – there was really everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were useful utensils in the kitchen, and even in the bathroom everything was thought of – perfect in case you forgot something. The rooms are very tasteful and decorated with a lot of love for detail – you feel welcome from the first moment. The private garden access was ideal for our dog who could move freely there. However, the absolute highlight was the direct water access with private area – simply fantastic. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend the accommodation as well as the hosts Jody and Huib:)

Marja's place is magical! surrounded by water, farms and fields, perfect for nature lovers. We loved it: Take walks with our three kids with the canoes on loan from Marja and fishing right in front of the house. The proximity to Delft, a city for which we had a real favorite , we really recommend renting bikes and making the bike paths around the city to discover the region . The house looks directly onto a bike path but we didn't mind. The view of the water is so beautiful and offers amazing sunsets. Need to Know: The house is small but sufficient for 5, however you should know that there is only one toilet located directly in the bathroom. The boiler placed behind the wall of the master bedroom can make noise at night, on Marja's advice we turned off the heating at night and this guarantees you peaceful nights. We will be back!!

The small cottage is super cozy and very quiet. You can get to the sea very quickly, where there are great restaurants, and also quickly to the train station or a supermarket. Everything you need is available and you feel right at home in it. Highly recommended

Accommodation (cottage) remarkable for its quiet location and authentic and tasteful decoration, a (real) Dutch country house! Beautiful view from the kitchen / dining room over the countryside, in the garden with many birds. Carina is a very efficient and very discreet person. We would highly recommend this lovely house, we had a great week there. Good option also for visiting the country, nothing is really far away. In addition, the small historic town of Hoorn is charming, and there are 3 supermarkets and many shops, bars, restaurants just 12 km away. We'll get back to you as soon as possible… Didier & Yency

We were in Rose's amazing cottage for our first wedding anniversary for a few days. Rose had made a rose and a card very thoughtful for us, which immediately made for a nice welcome! We had wonderful days by the fireplace, enjoyed the area with our dogs and the sunrise from the dike is fantastic!

top location, nice to sail to the island by rowing boat. quiet and private grounds. well treated on arrival and departure. definitely recommended

We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this accommodation. With the bikes you can start many great tours from there and the supermarket around the corner has everything your heart desires. This beautiful little hideaway was just what my wife and I needed. Surrounded by nature and free from city life noise. The main thing that disrupted the peace were the ducks and birds swimming round and chattering away, it was lovely. We used the boats and bicycles on site which were included and a lovely touch. Ourselves and the dogs very much enjoyed just relaxing and getting away from it all in this great place. It’s a shame for us we didn’t stay over a weekend as the bar and kitchen would have been a great finishing touch to complete our stay. We will definitely be back, and can’t recommend this place enough !
