You can walk to public transportation in 5 minutes: train or tram, and you can be in the center of Amsterdam within 20 minutes. The bus takes you directly to the Ziggo Dome, JC Arena and AFAS theater in 20 minutes. The studio has all the comforts, a patio, private entrance, a free private parking space. With a bathroom, coffee corner, fridge, laptop safe, TV, double bed and WiFi.

I would love to welcome you to my unique place in the middle of the farmlands of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. By the way, the ferry is privately owned, and is only used by my guests.

Downstairs (24 m2) is the living room with sofa, mini kitchen, dining area and separate bathroom and toilet. On the loft is the bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space, hang and lay. WiFi available. There are two bicycles (Veloretti) for rent, 10.00 per bicycle per day.
