Well received, good communication and with a bouquet of fresh flowers on the table it felt like a warm welcome! Wonderful stay in a nice house.

We had an amazing stay at Rick's Airbnb! The home had everything we needed and had plenty of spaces to relax. Rick was very responsive to any communication and had suggestions regarding local restaurants and facilities such as a gym. We highly recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed this last minute booking after arranging our tickets to the historic Dutch GrandPrix 2021 Formula 1. The Host Vivian was a great communicator pre, during and post the event. She arranged a pass through ticket to the closed event area within Zandvoort, which was a unique ticket to have closer access to the event by car. The house has a lot of charm, especially the living room and the garden with its relaxing area that was very welcome after a day of 20 thousands steps in Zandvoort.

Great place in a super unique location right next to a restored and operating windmill. The bed arrangement was super cool and different which our children loved. Highly recommended for any big group. Lots of sleeping accommodations and close to Amsterdam and many other attractions.

Our team of 6 people, business travel after one night, 1, the owner of the house proactively communicated to confirm the arrival time, it was planned to arrive at 8:30, the actual arrival was 9:30 -10, with 1 hour notice, the host was very patient; 2, There is a tree house and a swing in the house; 3. Easy parking🅿️; 4. Surrounded by 2.5km sea and beach, there are shells on the beach🐚, which is suitable for walking to see the beach🏖️;

Marjolein and Jan are lovely hosts. They give great attention to their home and gardens. As shared, the home is walkable to the train and Heiloo business district. We were welcomed with delicious soup and snacks and were given time to chat and ask questions. Their kindness and willingness to help us navigate North Holland, and to make recommendations throughout our stay, was exceptional. I wish we had more time to chill, however, we squeezed in many beautiful sites in 5 short days. The small towns being a highlight! Heiloo is super and the locals so friendly:). Lovely Airbnb in the country right across the street from hiking trails and close to a cafe and brewery. Very clean, quiet, spacious, and has everything you need for a great stay. Would highly recommend and if I am ever in the area, would definitely love to stay there again.

Spacious, well equipped house in a quiet neighborhood. Beach and restaurants in walking distance (2min). We are definitely planning to come back soon !

Laurens is a very likeable host. He answered our questions quickly and very satisfactorily. We felt very comfortable in his house and enjoyed the evening sun on the terrace. We slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds. We had a lot of fun with the game "Jakkolo". The house is a good starting point for excursions to the nearby cities as well as wonderful bike tours through nature, in short - we will be happy to come back.

Wonderful place to stay in a central location to the beach and town. It was a wonderful retreat and space to recharge while visiting family. Everything was thought of, the house is beautifully decorated with nice touches and comfortable beds. Bathroom is high end and shower was amazing. Definitely recommend!

The accommodation is in a unique location overlooking the beach and North Sea. It’s tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Even has its own private fitness equipment and there is also the use of an indoor pool. Everything was immaculate and every detail from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Luna’s mother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us some outstanding local tips. It would be a perfect location for a larger gathering as Luna also runs a Beach House opposite. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, an active beach holiday or simply a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of IJmuidens coastal charm.

Dear Esther, we really enjoyed the time with you and were able to feel comfortable right after arrival as if we were at home. This tranquility and idyll here are exactly what we were looking for. Three nights have flown by and yet we were able to unwind wonderfully. It was our first trip to the Netherlands, but it won't be the last :) The house is clean, well located and leaves nothing to be desired.

We had a pleasant stay at Sabine's. We were ideally located to enjoy the sea, visit Keukenhof (25 min drive) and spend a day in Amsterdam (30 min train ride). There were 7 of us, we had the 1st floor at our disposal and it was perfect: 4 bedrooms including 2 with sink, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a huge living room and an atypical but functional bathroom. The neighborhood is very quiet. And Sabine gave us all the necessary information and responded quickly to our questions.

Our stay at Villa Duindoorn was perfect. It all started with the nicest welcome note and Robert’s kind offer to pick us up at the train station. From our very first impression, we loved everything about the house: the pictures and paintings everywhere, the handpicked designer furniture, the flowers, the books and the blooming garden. We immediately felt at home. The kitchen was very well-equipped: a fridge that makes ice cubes, an espresso machine, a big gas stove, sharp knives and all the basics we needed - including fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden! Once you enter the 1st floor, you find yourself in Pipi longstocking‘s Villa with the cosiest wallpaper, cloud-like beds, and loads of fresh towels! Robert and Karin showed us their property and invited us to use everything- from the swimming pool to the hammock and all the benches, seatings and little sun islands they have created. I had a wonderful stay in Samina’s house! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. I especially appreciated the little touches like coffee, fresh towels, and local tips. Would definitely recommend this place instead of noisy Amsterdam

I was looking for a place to stay during a business trip as hotels in Amsterdam were too expensive. The place is located on a larger compound with cottages. The area is in walking distance to the beach and close to many restaurants. Otherwise. The cottage looks like in the pictures.

We had a great time at Cecile’s home for our family’s first vacation to the Netherlands. Both the home and the town of Loenen aan de Vecht are beautiful. From the moment of booking to checking out Cecile was responsive, helpful, and friendly. She was also flexible and allowed us an early check in. We were celebrating one of my children’s birthday while visiting & she purchased a cake for us to have ready for our arrival as well as some treats - even had fresh eggs, cheese, and milk waiting for us. The house was clean and well organized with many amenities. The “house manual” provided had useful info about the house as well as great resources and recommendations for the town. We enjoyed biking around the village and visiting the bakery and several restaurants all within walking distance. Getting to and from Amsterdam and surrounding towns was quick and easy- Cecile also gave driver recommendations which was a very helpful resource. Great house/host! Hope to visit again!
