There is a compact kitchen with a sink, fridge, double hot plate and microwave/oven. The kitchen is equipped to prepare a basic meal. The guesthouse has a spacious living /dining room downstairs, a kitchen and a study room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Highway access 2 minutes away, free parking, close to Amsterdam, Leiden, Haarlem (30 min) and beaches in Katwijk and Noordwijk (20 min). Nearest shops / supermarkets are in Nieuw Vennep (Hoogvliet or Jumbo, 5 minutes). Ideal position for cycling routes to the green hart and the coast.

It is a really beautiful place, privat and loving furnishings with flowers, candles and open fireplace. The kitchen is more than complete, we missed nothing. Just the very soft bed we didn´t like it. You should know that the accommodation is located on road which can be very noisy but it didn`t disturb us. Heaving breakfast in the nature garden observed roebucks was amazing. Valerie and her husband are communicative but also respect privat space. So we can highly recommended Valeries place and are glad to have met her.

We hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad bij Erna. Het huisje staat in de achtertuin en je zit lekker privé. Fijn dat je een eigen terrasje hebt en de vuurschaal is een bonus. Het huisje zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is mooi en schoon. Het bed is heerlijk. De rituals producten zijn een echter verwennerij. Ook de extraatjes zoals een flesje wijn, wat biertjes en frisdrank in de koelkast, het fruit, chocolaatjes, koekjes en nespresso koffie maken dat je een gevoel van luxe ervaart. En dan de ontbijtjes van Erna. Wat een fijne manier om de dag te beginnen! Zoet, hartig, eitje, verse jus en vers fruit. Veel variatie en de tweede dag weer anders dan de eerste dag. Erna is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en reageert snel op berichtjes. We hebben het heel fijn gehad bij Erna en raden haar tuinhuisje zeker aan. En als we nog een keer een B&B in die omgeving zoeken, dan komen we zeker bij haar terug.

An absolute gem of a place. Honestly, cannot recommend Marco and Yvonne's place enough. so many thoughtful touches from candles to the welcome pack of wine and snacks. Sitting on the deck, in a little suntrap, watching the sheep, cows and relaxing in such peaceful surroundings was heavenly. Will remember this break for a long time and will definitely return if in the area.

Wonderful time in Noordwijk! Small place but you'll feel right at home, it didn't feel cramped instead very cozy. During our stay in April the place could get kind of cold but was manageable. We felt very safe as the place is enclosed behind a locked gate. Absolutely loved the closeness to the beach (less than 5 minute walk). Great restaurants along the beach front. Suzan was a great host, very nice and responsive. I would stay here again :).

Our stay at Desiree's was really great! We came as a family of four and were greeted very warm by Desiree's sister who showed us around and explained everything necessary. The accommodation is a little house with a gym and a terrace/garden right next to it. We immediately felt at home: it was cozy, has a modern interior and was very clean. Boardgames, TV, musicbox, activity recommendations, emergency numbers, little snacks and drinks, a coffee machine with Nespresso cups - these are only a few things that completed our holiday. Thank you Desiree - we had an amazing time! ☺️

Wonderful holiday in cosy & warm accommodation. Loved the coffee machine and comfortable bed. Quiet location within easy walking distance of places to eat, supermarket, cycle hire, bus stop. We didn't need a car as there is a direct bus service to and from Schiphol airport. We hired bikes locally on Irene's recommendation, and had a fabulous time cycling around the tulip fields and the dunes. Booking, checking in and checking out were all straight forward. Thank you for such an enjoyable holiday!

Das Airbnb hat eine tolle Lage. Man kommt schnell zum Strand und viele Restaurants erwarten einen. Auch der Bahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können uns nicht beschweren! Wir würden das Airbnb auf jeden Fall empfehlen! :)

Arnoud ist ein guter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft gleich wohlgefühlt. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns der Außenbereich, mit Grill und Feuerstelle sowie einer überdachten Lounch. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Airfryer 2 Platten Induktionsherd. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man die schöne Gegend sehr gut erkunden. Viel Wasser und Natur. Insgesamt sehr schöner Urlaub, jederzeit wieder😎 Danke Arnoud

This stay was exactly as described, for us it was the perfect location. There are many locations/attractions within an hours easy drive. The hosts were great and very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and tidy with a few little extras like tea/coffee/snacks. Don offered the use of his canoe, unfortunately we ran out of time to use this or the sauna. We will endeavour to return and stay longer. Thanks to Don and Dera for letting us stay in their Airbnb. Totally recommend this stay for value for money
