Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Amble

thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host very responsive to any issues we had. Easy to get the keys etc and in. Very well equipped kitchen, all rooms a good size for what we needed. Pleasantly surprised with the bathroom, the pictures really don't do it justice, it was lovely! TV was easy to use and sign into our apps. Fire also easy to use. We ate twice at the Travellers rest as it's a short walk away. lovely meal, portions are VERY generous. We were there to go to Diggerland and Beamish, both were a very short drive away and were both a great day out!!

We had a great few days at Jenny’s place as a family of four. The house is beautiful : spacious,clean and lovely original features. All details had been carefully thought about. The wood burner was so cosy and the welcome Prosecco was such a nice surprise after our long drive! We had so much fun exploring Alnwick and the amazing outdoors in Northumberland. We would happily come back and stay at Jenny’s place. The parking outside was also really convenient.

We've been to this part of the world a few times, and it's nice to have somewhere quiet, comfortable and homely to return after a busy day of exploration. Close enough to the centre of Amble for shops, restaurants etc., but also a bit apart for the peace and quiet you visit Northumberland for. We'd 100% return here.

Hellen was such a star and her kindness added to the home, welcomine feeling of the house. Ideally located 15 mn from Seaham, in a peaceful streets with two little shops nearby if you need anything… And the house is so well equipped, so comfy. A huge thanks, everything was absolutely perfect!

We had a lovely time at Middle Cottage, everything was as described and we felt very comfortable. Only downside the local pub was shut ! Hardly Dee and Charles fault. Thank you

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. Jane was a brilliant & welcoming host and we loved everything about our stay. The cottage has been so thoughtfully & beautifully put together, & I agree with a previous review that the space is even better in real life! Spotlessly clean with absolutely everything you need. The garden was a delight, we spent a long time watching all sorts of birds visit the feeder from the cosy garden room, including a very dandy woodpecker! We visited the coast on the days we visited (loved Alnmouth, Low Newton and Beadnell) and this was a great base camp to come back to. Perfect for dogs too as you can walk around the beautiful estate before heading out for the day. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks Jane!

An outstanding location with the best views. Andy and Lyd were really nice and very helpful. The apartment felt homely, comfortable and warm. Ideal to return to after a long hike. Highly recommend. We plan to return.

Very comfortable, clean accommodation. Comfortable beds. Quiet street in town centre. 10-15 minutes walk from train station . Hosts responded to enquiries promptly and were very helpful.

My fourth visit and certainly not my last. Everything you could need and in a perfect location, with stunning views, coastal walks, beaches, excellent restaurants, local shops, weekly market all within walking distance.

Linda’s place was perfect for our family of 4. Close to transport and supermarket. Linda met us in arrival and was very welcoming. The flat has everything we could need and more. Spotlessly clean and warm. Spacious rooms. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, great apartment, really comfortable and a lovely place to stay in a fantastic town. Parking spot and the lovely big living room with views over the town a big bonus too.

Neil was very friendly and responsive to our questions. We’re American and always struggle with learning how to turn on the showers and appliances while in Europe. It is very close to the train tracks which we used multiple times during our stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood. I do feel the location is a bit hidden, but once you know how to get there, it’s easy. His place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

This is the third time we've stayed when visiting our family in Durham and will hopefully be coming back to Anne's again soon. Thanks Anne

Excellent accomodation. Location was excellent and it proved a very good base to explore the area. The flat itself was quiet and exactly as described. Lovely and very clean. Just as described. Met Joan who was very friendly and even let us check out later. Comfortable beds and a home from home. Will definitely be back.

Had a brilliant stay at Tom's place which was exactly as described, plus clean with comfy beds and with a fantastic welcome breakfast pack. Tom's communication was great. Loads to do in the area. Would recommend.
