We had an incredible experience staying at Billy's property! From the moment we arrived, Billy was an outstanding host, making sure everything was perfectly in place and ready for our arrival. The house was spacious and easily accommodated all 6 of us with plenty of room to spare. One of the highlights of our stay was being greeted with freshly baked blueberry muffins – a thoughtful and delicious touch that made us feel right at home. The house had all the amenities we needed, making it feel just like our own home. We particularly enjoyed the private access to the property and the hot tub, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. We had a lovely stay. Chris and Georgie made checkin very easy, proactively providing directions, details of checkin and key collection. The house is exactly as described and was very homely. Going the extra mile, it was lovely to turn up to plenty of essentials - tea, coffee, fresh milk, biscuits and more than one toilet roll! The area itself is beautiful, and the house was central for visits in the surrounding area, which was all just gorgeous! Thank you for a lovely weekend

Lovely cabin, lovely setting within a beautiful park, lovely little walk aroun the lake. Very dog friendly park which was lovey. Very nice hottub. Had everything you might need! Lots of things to do nearby if you have a car, and right next to the zoo.

What a gem of a place! The listing was exactly what was in the tin! The hosts are top-notch and have put a lot of thought and effort into their property and guests' expectations. A well thought out welcome pack for both humans and dogs. There are 7 different areas of seating around the property and grounds all with fabulous views and so you can watch the wide variety of wildlife. When we say the place was clean, it was spotless including the hot tub. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and user friendly. Plenty of books, DVD's, games, puzzles, maps and toiletries. Well recommended.

An excellent, clean property well located for our visit to the Northumberland coast. The site itself was very clean and safe for our grandchildren to play. Vickie was a responsive host who was always quick to answer our questions. The only drawback was poor WiFi and issues with connecting to 4G at times. However this did not spoil our stay one bit. Beautiful house in beautiful surroundings the sea can be seen from the front windows and only a few mins walk to the beach and local bars. Michael was responsive and always helpful. The property is big and has all you’ll need for an home from home experience. We are already looking at a return same time next year 👍🏻👍🏻

Very comfortable, clean accommodation. Comfortable beds. Quiet street in town centre. 10-15 minutes walk from train station . Hosts responded to enquiries promptly and were very helpful.

The cottage is even better than described and pictured. A perfect location and setting for a few days retreat to the Pennines.

We had a very relaxing stay in this well proportioned property. The outlook was beautiful and the inside was exceptionally well maintained, with lots of amenities. The power shower was great and the conservatory and patio brought the outside in, as we had exceptionally good weather for the duration of our stay. The location was perfect for exploring Bamburgh, Seahouses, Alnwick, Amble and Berwick-upon-Tweed. Thank you to Ian and Sharon who made us feel very welcome and a scruffle for Willow.

A well appointed, comfortable apartment in a superb spot! Ten minute walk to the beach and castle. It was spotlessly clean and the bed linen was of a high quality on a really comfortable bed. The lounge is the highlight with beautiful views over the sea! Really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic location, underfloor heating lovely. Happy overall. It’s a shame the local pubs/inns didn’t provide food on a nightly basis. Lovely food when available. Hope and Anchor does good food at a cost!!!!! Sun Inn great and very welcoming.

This is a lovely place to stay, in a quiet part of the countryside. Shared amenities, including games room, gym and pool, are excellent. The cottage itself is spacious and comfortable, with all the essentials we needed for our holiday.

Fabulous little cottage. It's in a great area for nearby attractions. The Cottage itself is so pretty and contains everything you'd need. The games room, the pool and the chickens are an added bonus. We had a lovely stay.

Just as advertised: such a great cosy space in fact that our “anti-AirBnB” 7-year-old decided she loved it and felt right at home. The place has all you need and is an 8-minute walk from great food, coffee, and more in charming Bellingham. We’ll be back for sure!
