Great stay. Wonderful neighborhood

Great place to stay near Little Cottonwood canyon for easy access to skiing. It was a comfortable place to sleep while we were out all day. Since it a converted basement unit, there isn’t much natural light. This was fine for our purposes since we were out skiing all day but would have been less ideal if we spent a lot of time at place during the day.

This cabin is so special and Mark is a really fantastic host! The cabin is rustic yet renovated to offer all of your needs from home including lots of hot water and lots of cozy bedding, blankets and spots for a hot cup of coffee! We had some issues getting inside which was out of Mark’s control and he was super communicative and responsive- which is really all you can ask for! The cabin is bigger than I imagined and has three separate floors offering space for kids to plan and adults to visit. Bonus there are lots of games, books and toys for kids to entertain themselves with. It’s super peaceful and just a five minute drive from Solitude and Brighton.

We stayed in Steve and Diane’s place during the summer and it was amazing. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood is a wonderful place to stay right in front of Big Cottonwood Canyon. The house is well equipped and clean with everything you need. Great place for an extended stay or a getaway weekend trip.
