We're in the heart of Sandy 3 minutes from the Sandy Expo, Salt Lake Real soccer stadium, restaurants, shopping & movie theaters. 30-40 minutes to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Park City, Deer Valley & Sundance.

Walk to the ski lifts, restaurants, bars, golf, & other amenities at Park City Mountain/ Canyon's Village. The condo is centrally located and only ten minutes from downtown and PC junction. On-site, enjoy the hot tub, pool, tennis, and sauna steps from the condo. There is also a complimentary Canyons shuttle going straight from my front door right to lift if you don’t want to walk

Cozy ski-in/ski-out 1 bedroom condo (with sleeping den) in the heart of Solitude ski resort village (located in Big Cottonwood Canyon). This 800+ square foot condo is one of the largest 1 bedrooms on the property. It's the ideal mountain getaway, with access to the Solitude Club which includes: hot tub, heated swimming pool, workout, game and movie rooms. Within walking distance to four eating/drinking establishments and the best snow on earth! For summer stays, we have added two A/C units.

Hiking trail in back yard, along with horses, goats, chickens, dog. Hot tub, pool, fireplace, basketball for your use. Private entrance and your personal two car garage.

The Retreat, close to everything.

Our family calls it "The Retreat" it is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport and about 10 mins to area resorts. There are several more ski resorts in the area, with a short drive. The Retreat is very well maintained and kept updated, with the highest quality and livability in mind. Kitchen equipment, appliances, and wares are some of the best available. Mattresses, bedding, towels, and supplies are of quality. This is not a budget Inn it is "The Retreat", enjoy it as we do and come back.

There's a full Kitchen that comes fully stocked w/ cookware, utensils, coffee, and kitchen essentials. After a day on the slopes, relax your muscles in one of the common area heated pools (heated in summer and winter) or in your own private jetted tub. In the summer, this unit is a prime location for hiking and mountain biking trails. The condo complex also has tennis and pickleball courts and bbq grills.
