Bungalow vacation rentals in Allerdale District

Everything was perfect and as described..location was ideal and right next to the complex with space for two cars which was great. The facilities in the bungalow were great and having two toilets was worth it. There was an issue with trying to get hot water in the shower where David was rapid in his response, the water did still go cold every now and again but nothing major. Great stay, great communication and will 100% be back for sure. 5 stars all round ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic few days staying at the Wigwam. It was clean and very spacious and had everything we needed for our family of 4. The location was perfect, right on the beach and a short distance from the main centre and shop. Susan was very responsive with any quiestions we had. We will definitely return :)

Great location to explore the area from - we barely had to use the car as there was plenty to explore on our doorstep. The house was roomy and had incredible views! It was very warm and had everything we needed. It could definitely do with a deep clean but was clean enough for a short stay. Other than that we had a great stay!

Loved, loved, loved staying in this beautiful studio with the the beach at the end of the garden. Views were amazing and the accommodation has everything you need and more. Only downside is you have to leave. Highly recommend and will be back for sure. Linda and Paul are wonderful ❤️

The airbnb was spotless and as advertised! Plenty of towels for guests and a tonne of space in the living area, bedrooms and kitchen. Easily fit 4 cars on the car. The host Jaz was really friendly and very responsive and made sure we were welcome and gave very clear and easy instructions to follow.

Fantastic host who was quick to respond to questions and advise on the local area. The property was well equipped and spotlessly clean. It is very spacious with large rooms and lots of room to eat and relax. I would recommend a visit to the nearby pub as the food was excellent and it had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It is just a short walk away from the property with a pool table and entertainment.

The place inside is very spacious, modern and clean. Everything you need is in the house from everything in the kitchen, bedrooms, living room Some beautiful walks all around. Town close by has nice pubs and cafes. Loved the house and area and will definitely stay there again.

The bungalow was just what we needed. Easy to walk into Penrith (so long as you don't mind the hill!), ideally situated for visiting family and the lakes, perfectly comfortable, and plenty of space in the garden for the kids to play. A great find - we will be back!! Thank you!

Just returned from a really lovely weekend at Malcolm’s bungalow. It’s a perfect size for our family of 4 and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay has been provided. The kitchen equipment was particularly impressive and there is plenty of extra bedding and towels should you need them. Malcolm communicated extremely well both before and after the stay and provided a very useful information manual of local places of interest. The house is warm and living room gas fire quickly makes the living room wonderfully warm and cosy, perfect for watching a movie with your family. The nearby Dalbeattie Town Wood is great for walking and biking and has a fab play area made out of natural materials. My husband did a day of work from the house and found the fibre broadband to be fast and reliable. Thanks for everything Malcolm. We will definitely be back!
