Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Allerdale District

The apartment was on the first floor. Had private parking with it which was great in middle of Keswick. Lovely to have tea and coffee available and also left us a bottle of Prosecco which was a nice touch. Very clean, comfortable and lovely apartment. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it. Has a hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner plus soap in bathroom - didn’t have to use. T towels in kitchen plus washing up liquid, cloth and sponge. Towels and bedding provided. Even had Disney on TV. Walking distance of about 5 mins from town centre but still very quiet. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

This was a fabulous stay. Did all it said on search. bedroom was roomy and bed comfy bathroom was small but everything placed to maximise space. shower easy to use and refreshing. kitchen had everything and more. only thing missing was a freezer and that I got from search. sofa in lounge comfy. tv . building heats up within 15 mins once thermostat in bedroom was put in play. as weather was nice , pulled 2 chairs out of outhouse and sat in patio area. neighbours were chatty. recommended

A lovely, spacious apartment located in a beautiful area. Sparkling clean and easy check-in instructions. Parking was never a problem throughout our 6-night stay. Very responsive if we needed anything. Would highly recommend!

Regularly stay around the Whitehaven but first time not staying in a local hotel, great place and fantastic if your in Whitehaven. Great instructions from the host and will definitely be making this a more regular stay! Nice touch with the bottled water in the mini fridge and chocolate 👍 plenty of stairs as it’s at the top of the building, no issue for me but might be a struggle for some.

Church Street was a lovely place to stay, good layout, comfy furniture, plenty of room and all very clean. Location was good for us, 10 mins walk into the centre of Keswick or the lake. A great base for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

Excellent location. Lovely flat. Special mention to the quality sharp knives and generally very well stocked kitchen.

The property was superb, even better than the photographs. It’s ideally situated for access to Bowness and surrounding area. The views from the outside terrace were fabulous - even though the weather was mixed! The hot tub and games room were well used and enjoyed by our mixed age group. Overall a brilliant holiday in a beautiful home and David our host met us at the property and even allowed us in early!

Beautiful lake view !! Very scenic!! we spent easter break in this lovely house, Beautiful and romantic surroundings. Highly recommend for Nature lovers!! this place offers comfort and stunning views. Alot to do around this area. James is really friendly, helpful host and always responsive. Overall positive experience!

The place was beautiful and very welcoming . It felt like home almost immediately. It's located in a very private setting and we loved the river at the back of the property. We had a few teething issues to begin with as we had a wasps nest outside and the occasional power outage when the switch tripped on the fuse box but the host, Cheryl, was very quick to respond and helped resolve things straight away. She even offered to give us an extra day for free but because we had work the next day the option of a late checkout instead was very welcome. I would highly recommend this place and Cheryl was absolutely fantastic! Thank you Cheryl!

Highly Recommended! We had an amazing stay. The location is fantastic, very close to Cockermouth, and everything was easily accessible. The property was spotless and well-maintained, with excellent bathrooms, a superb kitchen, and a comfortable lounge. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, adding thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra special. Overall, a wonderful experience—we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Penthouse! It was exactly as described, very clean & had everything we needed. The location was great with amazing views. Check in was simple & we had no trouble finding free parking. The milk & biscuits were a lovely touch after a long drive! Sedbergh has Lovely pubs within walking distance & the Spar shop up the road was very handy. This was a great base for us to explore. We would love to return & I’d 100% recommend staying here. Lovely luxury modern facilities and everything we needed for cooking treats away from home. A really comfy stay for all of us including our two doggies. Great for them to able to go for a walk right from the doorstep. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely views from a cosy apartment. Thank you so much for facilitating the perfect family weekend away to celebrate a birthday and some quality time together. Great to be both within a stones throw of Kendal for some lovely doggie friendly cafes and one of the best butcher shops around as well as being in the quietness of the countryside.

A fabulous flat . Very spacious and spotless clean. Is close to shops and has everything you might need. We parked in suggested nearby free public car park overnight and didn't have to use the parking disc. Beds were super comfy and a great shower. I highly recommend this place 👌.

An Easter Break at The Beehive ,Grasmere. From clear communication & instruction, The Beehive was a perfect place to spend the Easter Break in the Lake District. Accurate description, spotlessly clean. Complimentary bottle of wine and a lovely fruit cake on arrival . The decor was lovely throughout & the apartment had everything we needed during our stay. The views from the communal garden space were lovely & an easy walk into Grasmere took us to some lovely eateries . Really enjoyed the Distillery & The Swan Hotel . Rather than use the car we hopped on & off the regular 555 & 599 buses to Ambleside, Keswick . They were so easy & cheap too. With a flexible check in & out and great communication we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will surely return . Thanks

Lovely little flat for two, conveniently situated in the centre of Sedbergh. Access tight and parking snug but we managed perfectly well, just took it slowly!

Great stay at Raluca's place. Her communication was great from the outset, responding promptly to questions and providing lots of local recommendations. The place was perfect for our stay and the kids had a great time. The swimming pool and play areas were excellent and the toys in the apartment were a real bonus. Would happily stay here again for a family break.

This was our second time to stay at Graeme’s place. We love it here! It was squeaky clean on arrival (as it was last time), very modern, and clean beautiful bed linen and towels. A new bathroom had been installed since our last stay. The shower was amazing! The extra low down shower head made it so easy to shower the kids! Kitchen well stocked with high quality plates/utensils/cooking equipment. If you’re coming with young children best bring own children’s plastic plates etc. Washer-dryer was very handy! No dishwasher but didn’t bother us at all. Large store cupboard in hallway, well equipped with coat hooks/ironing board etc and a great place to dump your walking boots and bags out the way! This is such a modern, luxurious place to stay and in SUCH a good location. LOVED being right on the high street, and walkable to the lake. Graeme was very communicative and let us know that we could go in when it was ready much earlier than stated arrival time. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We had a lovely 3 nights at No.4. After a warm welcome from Dave, we felt like the apartment was a home from home! Everything you could need is there, including a Sainsburys less than a minute walk away if you’ve forgotten something! No.4 is right on the main high street by some excellent cafes and shops, but tucked away so it’s a peaceful and secluded spot to unwind. The evenings were so cosy and warm! We had a great time exploring Troutbeck, Townend and Wray Castle - all accessible on foot straight from the doorstep. So you can leave your car parked safely at No.4! Ambleside is also a short (10min) drive away (or a bus journey) for some lovely meals, and Sizergh Castle is a great place to visit if driving back down south at the end of your stay.
