During winter when our smallholding settles down awaiting spring it’s a great base to explore the area. You will be the only guests and have the ten peaceful acres to yourself. You may bring One dog for a small fee.

Transport is easy, 5 minutes from jct 40 at Penrith, on the A686. 1.5 hours from Newcastle and a 10 min walk from the Carlisle/Settle/Leeds station line.

Surrounded by fields & 500 metres from the centre of the historic market town of Ulverston. It is situated 10 minutes from the start of the Cumbria Way walk.

The hut is crafted with every attention to detail considered, including a kitchen area and shower room, gas central heating, a TV and a double bed all furnished in a very stylish decor. Through the picture window you can see the outside space complete with Chiminea and tranquil country views. A perfect hideaway!
