A 10-minute walk away, you will find the cozy city center with shops, restaurants, and terraces. Behind the house, a 5-minute walk away, is a beautiful park with a petting zoo and restaurants, a nice place for children and to relax in the greenery. The location is ideal: by bike or car, you can quickly reach the beach, dunes and forest. This way you can enjoy the city, nature and the coast during one stay.

Old town of Alkmaar with large shopping area, restaurants, cheese market [in Summer on Fridays] and cafés, only a few [cycling] minutes away. You may use our bicycles if they are your size. Amsterdam [Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum] only half an hour by train as well as VOC-harbour town Hoorn and lively Haarlem.

Our house is especially cozy, tidy and equipped with every comfort! 3 spacious cozy bedrooms, with 3 double beds, a lovely garden with artificial grass and trampoline... beautiful outdoor kitchen with grill and fryer. A new bathroom with spacious shower and large bathtub. In the attic, a bright (older) double room with lots of privacy and a sink. A house to feel at home! Close to the forest, children's farm, playgrounds but especially the nice city center of Alkmaar within walking distance.

Our house is located in a quiet but family-friendly neighborhood, with a playground and soccer field right outside. Within a 1 km radius, you'll find supermarkets, a train station, a shopping mall, a cinema, restaurants, cafes, a theater, and a bowling alley. Furthermore, several beaches are within a 30-minute drive, and Alkmaar is a 10-minute drive away. In short, a very pleasant location.

In this centrally located accommodation, everything for your family is within reach. Alkmaar city center is a 10-minute walk, the beach is a 15-minute drive or 30-minute bike ride, and the shopping center is a 5-minute walk. Please note: This house is only suitable for families with young children, in connection with cots, high chairs and children's toys. You always rent the whole house, so you have all the privacy for the family. Only the cat stays home to keep you company!

Weekly and cheese market, supermarkets, pubs and cafes as well as the city sights are therefore easily accessible. Alkmaar train station is a 20-minute walk away. Fancy Amsterdam? Cycling tours through the dunes to Egmond or Bergen aan Zee are particularly recommended.

An attractive house in a quiet residential area in Bergen. The house has recently been completely renovated and turns out to be a hidden gem inside. It has a bright and cozy atmosphere and the ground floor with living room and large kitchen is much more spacious than it seems from the outside. In the colder months, the wood stove in the sitting area is a huge plus!
