The accommodation was very large and cozy, there were 6 of us and it never felt small, there is plenty of space, a bench with a great sea view and a spacious kitchen.

We loved the apartment, it is very conveniently located 1 block from the beach and the area is quiet. The apartment has everything for cooking, they thought of everything. This is the first time I've stayed in a place that has everything a guest might need. We were happy there and it was a very nice touch that Juan left us cookies, fruit and wine for our arrival. I would always stay at this property!!! I loved Alcudia and the apartment is fantastic. Thank you!!

We had a really positive experience in this apartment. Light airy space. Fabulous view of the marina. Really well kitted out kitchen. Lots of cooking utensils, so you could self-cater very well. There were 4 of us, all women. We would all go back to Jaimes apartment in a heartbeat. He is a great host. I highly recommend this apartment.

This was an excellent apartment for us. Very close to an cove beach area, and restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc Although a smallish holiday area it wasn't overcrowded. But was close to larger resorts. The apartment was very well equipped. Fancina was the perfect host, friendly, v helpful, and quick to respond to our queries

The apartment was very clean and is in an excellent location. The front balcony looks out on the beach and the harbour. It is a lovely spot to start the day. There is also a rear balcony that catches the late sun. Overall an excellent apartment

Manuel provided lots of information regarding location/access. He also shared lots of restaurant recommendations, some hiking information and suggestions about things to do. Always very helpful and checked in a couple of times to make sure all was good.

The trip is very well located, the host is reachable and present, the directions were well communicated. The location is really nice and central, it was a great stay.

We really loved Joana's place. It is a great experience to stay in a Spanish home, away from the city noises, very quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe in her place and had a good night sleep. And we appreciate Joana's kindness, she is a very nice person. We hope to come back soon!

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Fernando’s place was such a dream! From the beautiful pool to the garden we loved the stay! There was ample room and great AC within the bedrooms. Lots of outdoor dining space, chairs, as well as linens and towels. In the kitchen, they had all necessary kitchenwares.

We loved it. Stayed here on our mother-daughter holiday. Great hikes from the door - both short and long, easy and more challenging. The house is very special. We'd both live there if we could! Beautiful and breezy with lots of windows, clean, comfortable. Gorgeous leafy courtyard to sit in, and a balcony too. Beds were very comfy, the bedlinens were really lovely cotton. Pots and pans, plates and glasses, cutlery and cooking tools, corkscrew, lemon juicer, and grater - it had everything! Honestly can't think of a bad thing to say about our stay. Maria is friendly and helpful - we both really liked her. She gave us lots of interesting and useful info about the house, the village, and local walks.

We felt very comfortable at Mendi's. A perfect stay if you are looking for peace and quiet in Mallorca. We also loved the small town of Alaro with its narrow streets and the very good gastronomic offer. The coast and beaches are also easy to reach by car. The view of the Tramuntana mountains is really dramatically beautiful from Mendis accommodation! We were planning to go hiking, but unfortunately it was way too hot. We will be happy to come back in the spring or autumn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed more than 8 days with 3 adults and a child of almost 2 years old in Maria's house. A nice Spanish house with a great outdoor area. We have frequently used the swimming pool, the terrace and the outdoor kitchen. Also handy that extra sanitary facilities are available at the outdoor kitchen if you use the pool. Inside the house, the amenities are fine. Unfortunately, the power went out a few times briefly. The communication about this was quick and friendly - Joan came by quickly to check. Although it is a personal preference, we found the beds and pillows to be of inferior quality/not very comfortable. All in all, had a nice stay! Pollenca is a cozy village with good restaurants. Tips: Q11 Restaurant in Pollenca and Loqueria in Port de Pollenca.

I can say without reservation that this place was absolutely perfect! From the first second we felt like home. The place was very neat and clean, every detail was thoughtful and lovingly designed. The pool area was just great! A perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. The loungers and amenities were very comfortable. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. They took care of everything and were always there for questions or concerns. All in all, our stay at this property was just perfect. I can recommend it without reservation.☺️

Very comfortable and quiet, the proximity to the beach and restaurants of Can Picafort is very appreciable for going out and going to the beach, the neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is large and comfortable It was a great stay!

Our stay at Ralf's was brilliant. The garden is beautiful and lovely to relax in by the pool with great views. We didn't hire a car and booked ubers from the house to Palma and often got local taxis back. Very easy to do. A 15-20 mins walk to the local supermarket. I would highly recommend. Some nights we went out for dinner and others we stayed in. You can really make the stay yours.

We are very pleased with our trip and the nice accommodation. Cristobal Bortas was a good host who welcomed us when we arrived at the accommodation. We have accommodated 2 adults and our children aged 16, 14 and 10. Everyone has enjoyed themselves. We recommend this accommodation to others who want to go out and travel.

We stayed at the place for a week and were very satisfied! Beautiful apartment and the location and the view from the balcony to the sea fantastic! We'd love to come back!

Welcomed by Stéphanie's warm smile, we found an apartment as described. Ideal location between sea and mountain, quiet, the apartment is clean, spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom has been renovated with a walk-in shower. Very nice terrace and especially location less than a minute from the seaside and its very nice promenade. Stéphanie gave us all the useful information adapted to our preferences for a good stay in the area and was flexible with our departure schedule. Many thanks to her for this excellent stay, her concern for the quality of the service provided and her kindness. We'll be happy to go back.

Beautiful house with everything you need (plenty of bath towels, nice children's equipment). Close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops of all kinds. Very nice pool (never had such warm water in June... happiness!). Beach 5 min away. Very good communication with the owner, always available, friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Fantastic apartment overlooking the beach, the location is as good as it gets! Lovely cosy apartment for 4 people, all the amenities you would need. Highly recommended!
