Vacation rentals with beach access in Alcudia beach

Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay! Joana is of rare kindness, always available, responsive and very honest. His apartment is simply superb: tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and ideally located, right by the water. A real corner of paradise that I recommend without so much as a second thought!

We had a great time and would recommend this flat and Miguel as a host. A nice location just at the beach with kitesurfing opportunities directly at your house. Very quiet, which is a big advantage of being located a bit outside the area of Alcúdia (so a car or bicycle is recommended to make most of the gorgeous surroundings). We loved this place as a starting point for cycling as well. The flat is as beautiful as on the pictures seen already. We’d love to come back one day!

We stayed a few days in Joan’s apartment and we really enjoyed it! There was enough space for 2 couples with a baby and the outdoor space is also huge. From the rooftop terrace you have a great view over the square and you can enjoy the view over the water and the sunset. Additionally we enjoyed the table tennis in the garage area. The apartment has everything you need and also a lot of extra towels etc. Joan was also really responsive and gave good tips for the surroundings 🙂

Maria’s apartment was fabulous, right across from the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops only a short walk away. Such a beautiful view to enjoy each day. The apartment had everything we needed. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but Maria couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful, all of which was resolved within hours of reporting the problem. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Big and a lovely garden area. Can easily walk to restaurants etc. beach right across the road (stone beach) but a sand beach a few 100m up the road with nice kids playgrounds etc too. Seems to be a cycling Mecca with lots and lots of riders coming past the house along the beach road - was quite fun people watching. Would happily recommend this place to others :)

What a lovely place!!! Highly recommend this stay as we enjoyed the view, the walk into town, and everything the place had to offer. Alicia and her daughter were helpful with local recommendations and were so sweet. It was a place we will daydream about for years to come.

Our stay was incredible. We had everything we could possibly need and were pleased to find the house with more space than expected. The location can not be described. Peaceful. Views i couldn't imagine right from the balcony. Gloria had quick and friendly communication throughout. Close to hikes and ocean. Will stand out as the most magical stay in all of our travels. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Mallorca! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for our group. We stayed with two families, and the villa was incredibly spacious, offering rooms that easily accommodated everyone. One of the highlights was the huge garden, complete with a playground area for the kids. The villa was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen supplies to beachtowels and even toys for the children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family or a larger group!

Had a lovely stay with 3 girl friends. The beach was so close and it was beautiful to wake up and walk there under 5 minutes every day. The hosts were great in answering any questions we had. Highly recommend.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Quite possibly the most gorgeous AirBNB I have ever stayed at... my group of friends and I enjoyed a short trip to Majorca and felt right at home at Juan's casa. It was perfectly close enough to town that we could eat out, but also quiet and intimate enough with all the cooking utensils we needed to set a charming dinner out in the patio at sunset. This place made memories I'll never forget~

Miquel and Rosa's house wouldn't be so good if they weren't the owners. They were kind enough to wait for us even when we arrived late due to a flight delay. They were friendly and left a lot of things at our reception. The house was sparkling clean (I don't think we've ever been to such a clean Airbnb). It's comfortable and spacious for a family (we were 4 adults and 2 small children). Regarding the location, it is convenient to walk to downtown Can Picafort, and a 3-minute walk to the beach. If you move around the island like we do, it is 200 meters from the road that takes you to many other places in Mallorca. You can park at the door (at least during June, I don't know what it will be like in high season). We will definitely be back and strongly recommend this place. Everything is perfect! This is a lovely Airbnb, with a large balcony overlooking the water, and shielded from the sun by a beautiful pine tree. The kitchen is fully stocked and very convenient for making meals, although there are many really good restaurants within a very short walk, so we ended up only having breakfast at the Airbnb and eating the other meals out. The beds are comfortable, and the heating effective. (We stayed in late December, when it got quite cold at night.) The location is fantastic, right on the Pine Walk, and a short drive to the beautiful towns of Pollença and Alcudia and the Formentor peninsula, each about 15 minutes drive away. The host is very responsive. In all, a great place, which we are happy to recommend to others.

Just got back for a week stay. 2 young children and grandparents and it was honestly perfect! The property itself is fantastic with separate loving spaces that allowed you to get space if you needed. The outside was amazing. The pool one of the largest pools we’ve had, a hot tub, sandpit for the kids (and a sauna but we didn’t use that) The pool table was a great extra touch and there was plenty of outside seating I. A spacious but private garden. Toni was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. And there is a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this place and would happily return.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We loved ever second at Xescas flat!! The view is just unbeatable! We felt right at home and the location is perfect for people who are looking for silence! Xesca was caring and loving!

Antoni’s place was great. We loved the modern theme and outside space. Ideally located for Port Pollença activities.

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

Our stay with Pedro was absolutely fantastic! He is an incredibly friendly and attentive host who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Pedro was a lifesaver, helping us organize a memorable birthday party at Tobogan. His communication was excellent; he was always quick to respond and checked in on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was perfect, stocked with all the essentials and in a brilliant location just a short walk from the beach and public transport. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as shown in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. Washer and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the linens and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and would be happy to come back.
