Luxurious beachfront apartment with ocean view. Spectacular apartment at the foot of the beach with capacity for 4 people, maximum 2 adults since the beds of one of the bedrooms are for children. It has two double bedrooms designed specifically for the comfort of its guests, one with a double bed and a mattress of the highest quality and another with two twin beds ideal for children (90cm beds), both bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms with large showers. The designer kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation, table where you can comfortably accommodate 5 diners and a spacious living room with comfortable corner sofas, ideal for relaxing looking at the sea. This stay guides us through a wall to wall windows to a large furnished terrace, where you can enjoy a breakfast or dinner with family watching the wonderful beach and listening to the blush of the waves. From the terrace you have the possibility to access the roof by a spiral staircase and admire the immensity. The blue of the sky and the sea merge on the horizon… the panoramic views of the entire bay of Alcudia, Can picafort, Son Serra de Marina, Colonia de San Pere make this space privileged and magical. All rooms have cold and heat air conditioning through centralized conduit. The room has alarm system and high speed WiFi. The apartment has an alarm system. Direct beach access via side garden path. The use of the garden, pool and garage is not allowed, these amenities are only available to guests of the ground floor apartment. Parties or events, loud music and anything that may disturb the neighbors' tranquility are totally prohibited. Parties prohibited No loud music. Additional costs to pay on arrival: Ecotasa: €1.50 per person per night (From October to April) low season. 2 ‘20€ per person per night (From Mayo to September) high season. Only for over 16 years of age, children exempt from pay. Electricity: x 0.25€ kvH, one photo of the meter is taken at the entrance and another is taken at the check-out and the difference is multiplied x 0.225€. Final cleaning: €250. Damage deposit: €500 with Credit Card to be paid upon arrival (Refunded after cleaning that there is no damage) is paid by bank transfer or credit card with which it is paid. Mediterranean next to the sea

Una casa donde la presencia del mar es el protagonista ,decorada con mucha simplicidad y mucha luz, donde todo te invita al relax y la contemplacion de sus maravillosos atardecerese . La casa es muy funcional , nueva y practica. Solo bajando las escaleras se encuentran con una zona para tomar el sol ,un solarium y una escalera de piscina para entrar en el mar, el fondo es de arena por lo que tiene un color turquesa y tienes la sensacion de bañarte en una enorme y natural piscina .A 2 minutos andando esta la pequeña playa con hamacas ,terraza bar muy practica si se tiene niños pequeños y en donde se puede comer .A 7 minutos andando desde la casa se encuentra uno de los mejores campo de golf con vistas al mar y magnifico restaurante .El paseo hasta el faro con toda la playa de pidrecitas es una de mis preferidas por la calidad del agua .Aucanada goza de la tranquilidad de una urbanizacion de vecinos con la ventaja de la proximidad tanto de Alcudia pueblo ,como el puerto de Alcudia si quieren mas ambiente ,ajetreo y muchisimos retaurantes y tiendas de todo tipo .Imprescindible alquilar coche para visitar Mallorca.
