Cozy and bright chalet located in the north of the island. A few meters from one of the best beaches. A natural, quiet, and well-kept area. It offers catering areas, shops, cultural and leisure activities for the whole family. Also nightlife in the outskirts. All amenities less than 5 km away. The house is located in a small place, does not share neighbors with the wall, there is a playground and basketball park nearby. Also a fantastic lake to relax and walk around.

2 Family Home, exclusive pool

We vacationed with road bike and were a group of 6 persons. The house is perfect for that. Good rooms and beds layout as well as spacious common area with large kitchen that is sufficiently equipped. The large garden with pool not only offers enough space for the bikes but is very nice and also invites you to hang out. You can enjoy the sun on a lounger by the pool or make a "siesta" in the shade of the olive trees in several hammocks. The patio in front of the house gets exactly the morning sun and is perfect for breakfast. Fabio is one of the friendliest AirBnb hosts I have ever met! He has his house next door and always offered his help. We were allowed to use his mounting rack for assembling our bikes, he helped with the bike laundry and even turned on his stone oven for an evening and made delicious pizza for the whole troupe. It was a great stay! Highly recommend!

The house was super clean and the kitchen had all the equipment one could ask for. We went in April and since there is no central heating, it was really cold inside, especially in the mornings and at night. Miquel was kind and supplied us with extra radiators and blankets. The house is within walking distance to one of the best beaches on the Island and the bus stops 200 meters from the house, which is convenient for trips to Alcudia etc.

From the first contact to the end of the rental period, Connie & Michael were fantastic landlords who are helpful and accommodating. The amenities of the finca do not correspond to regular Airbnb amenities. It is stocked with so many useful everyday things that it was a pleasure to use them every day. It is always hard to make the right choice for an object and there are so many options on the market that it is partly tiring for the seeker. When the final decision is made, it remains exciting despite the many research and considerations until the day of the takeover. It was the same for us with this rental. We stayed in this great house for over 3 weeks and our summary is ..... everything done right!!! A big thank you to Connie and Michael. Kind regards, Barbara & Matthias

Absolutely wonderful house in Mallorca's most beautiful area. The pool was above and beyond and suited our three children great as it was ground in some, and then got deeper for those who could swim. We enjoyed wine on the balcony when the kids had fallen asleep. We hope to come back someday!

David was a great host and was always quick to take care of our concerns. We felt very comfortable and spent great holidays in Mallorca. The house is very well located, very stylish and was very clean. We felt safe at all times. We used the pool daily. We hardly ever needed the kitchen. Wash dishwashing detergent and slightly more towels would be an advantage. We would recommend the house at any time.

This little corner of Miguel is magical. It exceeded our expectations! The pictures don't show how wonderful it is, believe me. Miguel should invest in professional photographs because the house is just wonderful and delicious. Mar on one side (a 10-minute walk from a sandy beach but we ended up bathing on the stone beaches in front of the house), mountain on another (the pool view was anything). From one of the rooms you can see the sea. And the room too! It is also 5 minutes from a village that has a supermarket and several restaurants. The villa is in a super quiet and family location. Outside the Crowds of Mallorca! The house is well prepared for groups. And there is a very large table in the room (which was set when we arrived) and several tables outside. We only enjoy two: that of the terrace in front of the kitchen (it is delicious! it has a fountain whose sound enchants) and that of the swimming pool. We were afraid the pool would be too much in the shade but no. Anyway, everything wonderful! Thank you, Miguel.

What a wonderful place to stay!! We (a family of 4 with 2 kids 8yr and 10yr old) stayed for 4 nights. Kids loved the pool (with floaties provided!) and the cat & dog. We had a fantastic stay and fell in love with David’s house. The location is so peaceful and private with such a rural location but you can cycle or drive to everything you need within minutes. The house is tasteful and comfortable and the pool is perfect. We enjoyed having so much land to roam about on and exercise in with morning yoga, the pool for swimming, and running around the country lanes. David is an amazing host and we enjoyed getting to know him. He is super nice and very thoughtful making your stay feel very welcome. We will be back!

Our stay was really pleasant. The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped, so it lacks nothing. The location was ideal for us: Pina is a quiet place, perfect for relaxation and exploring the island. In 20-30 minutes you can reach both Palma and the east coast by car. The host welcomed us warmly and was always available for any questions. Communication was quick and friendly, and check-in and check-out were completely straightforward. We can absolutely recommend the apartment.
