Lovely clean and modern apartment. Great communication with host and clear check-in instructions. Location is great within walking distance to the beach and the supermarkets. Bus stop right outside the gate. Pool is clean and quiet area. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Listing according to photos and description. It is spacious and the terrace is nice. Great location! We were with our 2 teenagers and everyone could do their little life on foot! Shopping, beach,sport , aperitif!!! And apparently well located to go also to the beautiful beaches of Formentor, Alcudia, Muro ... Quiet apartment given its location. We had a pleasant stay!

A nice apartment with good amenities in the quiet old town of Arta. Public parking, 2 supermarkets, 2 bakeries and many restaurants nearby. The apartment is well equipped, nice bathroom with shower, comfortable beds, kitchen with many utensils, living room with large TV and satellite reception (German programs), Alexa Echo Dot. There is air conditioning in the living room. Rooftop terrace with stunning views over Arta. André is a very attentive host who is very accessible and responds quickly, has many tips ready. The whole process was completely hassle-free.

We rented a car and drove from Palma. It was a pleasant drive and easy to find and park. Mabel met us there and showed us the place. It was clean, spacious, and well appointed. We prepared several meals there rather than eating out so we could enjoy some local fresh food. The neighborhood was very quiet which we liked but everything is close. Mabel’s suggestions of things to see nearby were helpful. Easy walk to restaurants, the beach, and some very picturesque coves. We were there for nine nights and did not want to leave.

Peaceful and beautifully located, this apartment is a hidden gem surrounded by forest and nature. Mountain goats wander nearby, and the coast offers stunning sunsets. The quiet terrace overlooking the pool and palm trees was the perfect spot to unwind. Ideal for anyone seeking true tranquility

We enjoyed 4 nights in Chad's gorgeous apartment. The apartment had everything required and was a great space. The ground floor meant we had access to the patio and swimming pool.

We had a couple of problems checking in, however Angel worked very hard to rectify them as soon as possible. He was very apologetic and ensured the rest of our stay was perfect. Great apartment in a great location.

We had a lovely holiday at the property. It is in a great location and a few steps from the sea and many restaurants. The place was clean and very quiet. The best thing is also a private parking space for the car. Communication with the hosts was very good and easy

We are very pleased with our trip and the nice accommodation. Cristobal Bortas was a good host who welcomed us when we arrived at the accommodation. We have accommodated 2 adults and our children aged 16, 14 and 10. Everyone has enjoyed themselves. We recommend this accommodation to others who want to go out and travel.

Gemma’s apartment is lovely and has everything you would need for 4 people. Pool is lovely and very clean and quiet when we were there. Only thing i would suggest is to give a fuller address as our transfer company and some local taxi firms had trouble finding it. Apart from that everything was great and would highly recommend.

Alvaro was an absolutely fantastic host - super helpful and communicative throughout our stay. The apartment was perfect - we had a thoroughly enjoyable week. Thank you Alvaro for letting us use your space - we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful house with everything you need (plenty of bath towels, nice children's equipment). Close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops of all kinds. Very nice pool (never had such warm water in June... happiness!). Beach 5 min away. Very good communication with the owner, always available, friendly and helpful. Recommended!

We have just returned from a 7 night stay. Lucia was the perfect host, very responsive and went out of her way to help with any problems. Even though we were delayed 90 minutes Lucia still met us at our apartment at 11.20pm to check us in. We're also provided with some savoury and sweet pastries, as well as juice and milk in the fridge. The apartment location was great, right on the beach. Beach towels and toys were also provided in the apartment. We paid extra to eat and use the hotel facilities which we thought were well worth it. A great holiday and would definitely return.
