Condo vacation rentals in Alcudia beach

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. alles vorhanden was man braucht und ein Pool im Haus.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die direkte Lage am Strand mit direktem Zugang sind natürlich das Highlight der Unterkunft. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und perfekt für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Auch der Balkon ist groß und man kann dort gemütlich zu 4. Essen und hat noch weiteren Platz. Da auf der Straße oft alle Parkplätze belegt sind, ist es hervorragend, dass man eine private Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Wohnung hat. Alles in allem eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und modern. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Balkon. Aus dem Schlafzimmer und dem gesamten Wohnbereich kann man bis auf das Meer sehen. Der Check-in und der Check-out verliefen reibungslos, die Gastgeber waren freundlich und antworteten schnell. Man ist innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten am Strand, auch eine Apotheke, ein Supermarkt und einige Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich würde die Ferienwohnung absolut weiter empfehlen, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Der Aufenthalt bei Antonia war sehr schön und die Wohnung genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Beide Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend, nett und flexibel beim checkin. Große Empfehlung :)

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Everything in the apartment was perfect, really clean and all the amenities you would ever need. A welcome drink upon arrival was most appreciated. Maria was very responsive when contacted and everything went very smoothly. Great information and recommendations provided. The Roof top terrace was great to sit on in the evening and catch the last of the sunshine. We would definitely love to return here. Thank you Maria

One of the best ABnB apartments we have stayed in. Superbly equipped with everything we required for a self-catering holiday. Dishwasher and washing machine were a godsend. Antònia left us with enough dishwasher tablets to get us going, toilet roll and washing up liquid was also there to get us on our feet. The apartment, which had been Antònia’s home for 10 years, was absolutely spotless. There was a home for everything and everything had its place. There were two coffee machines, a percolator and a Krups capsule machine. We used the percolator every morning as we prefer slow brewed coffee. There was also an electric juicer which we used every morning to juice fresh oranges. Antònia provided a towel and linen change midway through our 10 day stay, something you rarely get in an ABnB. The balcony was the perfect place for breakfast and lunch and for pre-dinner G&T’s. Don’t hesitate to book this, a fantastic apartment with a fantastic host. See you next year Antònia.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished. Checking in is easy via a code-locked door (very practical as you don’t have to take a key with you). As cyclists we especially enjoyed the bike storage room and the cleaning station which we found very convenient.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Vor allen Dingen die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse lädt zum Wohl fühlen und chillen ein. Durch die tolle Lage am Pine Walk ist die Wohnung ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Spaziergang nach Port de Pollenca. Die Kommunikation mit Constanza lief völlig reibungslos ab. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Da wir keinen Mietwagen gebucht, sondern unkompliziert mit dem Linienbus vom Flughafen nach S' Illot gefahren sind, wurden wir von Mabel sehr herzlich und persönlich empfangen und zur Wohnung gebracht. Bereits von zu Hause standen wir in Verbindung und wurden jederzeit gut unterstützt. Auch während unsres Aufenthaltes gab sie uns viele Tipps und Anregungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants.Bei Fragen war sie stets erreichbar. In der Wohnung, die ruhig am Ortsrand liegt, fühlten wir uns ausgesprochen wohl. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Strände und die Lokale/ Geschäfte sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Da wir nur zu zweit waren und auch nicht kochen, kamen wir ohne Auto zurecht. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verlebt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und das Meer war zufuß gut erreichbar. Direkt nebenan war ein kleiner Supermarkt, wo man die nötigsten Dinge erhalten konnte. Es war sehr sauber und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Parken konnte man vorm Gebäude an der Straße. Sehr schöner ruhiger Ort, immer wieder gern!☺️

We enjoyed 4 nights in Chad's gorgeous apartment. The apartment had everything required and was a great space. The ground floor meant we had access to the patio and swimming pool.

We had a couple of problems checking in, however Angel worked very hard to rectify them as soon as possible. He was very apologetic and ensured the rest of our stay was perfect. Great apartment in a great location.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, wir haben uns direkt heimisch und wohl gefühlt. Auch unsere Kinder haben sich mehr als wohlgefühlt. Es entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen! Der Gastgeber war stets überaus freundlich und wir bedanken uns sehr für die tollen und wundervollen Aufenthalt!

Gemma’s apartment is lovely and has everything you would need for 4 people. Pool is lovely and very clean and quiet when we were there. Only thing i would suggest is to give a fuller address as our transfer company and some local taxi firms had trouble finding it. Apart from that everything was great and would highly recommend.

Très bon séjour chez alavaro, appartement spacieux. Parfait pour nous famille de 2 enfants en bas âge. Tout est accessible à pied !! Plage, restaurant , supermarché ce qui est un réel atout. Seul bémol ( qui n’en a pas été un pour nous) bar juste en bas donc un peu de bruit le soir. Ça n’a pas dérangé nos enfants pour le dodo et nous non plus ! Nous reviendrons donc ce logement sans hésité si nous revenons à Mallorca. Merci

Superbe maison avec tout ce que ce qu’il faut (draps de bain en suffisance, chouette matériel enfants). À proximité de supermarchés, restaurants, magasins en tout genre. Très chouette piscine (jamais eu une eau aussi chaude en juin … le bonheur!). Plage à 5min. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire, toujours disponible, aimable et utile. Je recommande!

Très bon logement Matelas super confortables Logement Sur la plage Vue époustouflante sur la plage et la piscine. Piscine non chauffée (impossible d’y aller pour nous) mais elle sera incroyable cet été car très grande avec vue sur la plage et de tres nombreux transats. Terasse petite mais suffisante (pas de chaise longue). Tout était parfait sauf qu’il n’y a Pas suffisamment d’eau chaude pour se doucher à trois le matin. Il a fallu s’organiser. C’est dommage au vu des autres prestations et du prix. Sinon c’était paradisiaque. Je recommande le lieu. La ville est sympa et l’emplacement est calme en avril. Proche de tout. La cuisine est pratique et bien équipé (four,plaque, frigo, congélateur). C’est un détail mais si j’ai un conseil je signale qu’il manque cependant un plat ou une plaque pour le four et qu’il n’y a pas de lave-vaisselle (pas gênant pour nous mais peut l’être pour certains voyageurs). Il manque également des serrures aux portes pour les toilettes et la salle de bain

We have a lovely stay at Maria’s place and she is such a fantastic host! Very responsive and knowledgeable, which was much appreciated. The place itself is very nice, it was a great location for our family and you will be comfortable with or without a car. Thank you for your hospitality Maria!

Clean and spacious apartment very close to the pine walk and beach with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Good sized bedrooms with plenty of clothes storage. Electric shutters are handy on the windows. Practical kitchen and living area. The kitchen is open off the living space to the right of the balcony doors. Utility room houses a washing machine, iron etc. Everything worked properly including the air con and shower. Parking was ample all round the apartment building. Appreciated the bottle of wine and 6l of water on arrival.
