Exceptional house, with terrace and amazing views of the town of Oropesa. Infinity pool of sufficient size and 220cm deep. The house lacks nothing, is in a state of excellent cleanliness and with quality equipment (air conditioning, wifi, 2 flat screens, relaxing armchairs, cleaning products on arrival). Sally and her son Javi were very attentive and incredibly available. A gem quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the Oropesa resorts.

The host Carmen is a great, helpful , nice host who is available with her daughter at any time. We spent three great weeks with our 5 children, which will surely be remembered for a long time. The large well-stocked cottage of Carmen and Peniscola with its great medieval fortress and its beach promenade will always instruct us to come back.

We stayed in Pepe's apartment and the stay was magnificent. Very helpful and helped us with everything. I would repeat it again!

Rebeca was always available and responsive when we wrote to her. The accommodation was very clean. The pool was superb, and the garden maintained 1-2 times in 2 weeks by the gardener. The garden was fully fenced, and since we had a dog, it was perfect! The photos are a little old but actually the house and garden are even more beautiful! The only small problem: the barking of dogs around. Otherwise, we really had a great time! Thanks Rebeca! 😊

A house that I recommend frankly. I especially like villa-type houses. No problem with pets that can be perfect in a garden that the house has. I went when it was cold outside and in a very short time you get used to the central heating. Lluís' attention is from the moment you arrive. He sent us a guide to the area on the same day of the reservation and without time constraints. The house is very clean and clean. You can see how the details have been improved for a better stay. The area is wonderful, for all kinds of hiking and river areas. In short, I recommend it and I'll be back as soon as I can.

House with everything you could ask for, cleaning, barbecue, grill for cooking in the garden, two refrigerators, swimming pool, toys for kids and inflatables and an incredible feeling of peace. We had a top stay in Joan Andreu's house. A little outside the city center but only a few minutes drive from the action. Perfect for two families with everything together five kids between 9 - 14 years old. Joan was very accessible and helpful. The house invites you to do nothing blissfully!

Peace of mind and soul - this describes best the whole package of experience we had at the amazing chalette and the 7 star hospitality of David. The first best thing of course was the chalette. You have everything you need to feel at home in the house - space, cleanliness, little details, full equiped kitchen. The garden is full of different trees and staying at the terrace you can relax by just BE there. At night you can feel the sea and sleep "like a baby" ! The beach was the second best thing in our vacation - clean , thin sand and very wide. David was really responsive and helped us with everything we needed. There are two bikes available, which was great as we didn't come by car. The cycling roads are perfect and we managed to see everything. The children room is very nice and cozy, there is a room for kids to play, toys. The garden is spacious, there is kids corner and kids section in the pool.The sea doesnt get deep in the water as you enter. We will come back for sure! :)

Carlos' house was just great for us with our two children. The beach access makes it particularly attractive and the garden with (play) meadow was perfect for our needs. You have everything you need on vacation and we were really completely satisfied and will certainly come back!!!

nice place, beautiful cottage with sunny terrace, nice kitchen, spacious bedroom upstairs with also a terrace overlooking the sea. Good basic equipment of the kitchen with the presence of herbs, salt and oil as an extra plus. There is a lot of cycling and hiking. From home you can easily reach the center via the bike path/ hiking trail.

We were delighted, both Toni and Bea were very welcoming and helpful with everything. We have no doubt that we will be back. The residential development is very well located and has amenities. The house is an old house but with all the amenities and a magnificent terrace, with a swimming pool and barbecue. A great place to go with a group of friends. Important, there is no heating but the owners provide electric radiators.

A nice and quiet place to rest and spend time with the family, the beach is next door with a nice walk.
