Fantastic house. Ideal for a family vacation. The pool, the views, the facilities… the location is ideal if you want to be close to the center but you need a car. The house is noticeably new and all its accessories and equipment as well. We would definitely stay here again. As an aspect to improve, we'd highlight communication. There was a huge leak in the garden hose and it took more than 1 hour for them to pick up the phone and they didn't come to fix it until the next day. On the other hand, as a suggestion, a shaded area in the pool would be nice.

Amazing place!!! Quiet and close to the urban center by car, ideal for what we needed the accommodation for. Both Lorenzo and Ana and Milan were super attentive to our needs and very friendly. It's definitely worth it and if we have to go again, we'll do it again. Thank you for everything!!!

Oiga and Marc were excellent hosts, always very attentive to all our needs and always available. The place is very cozy and very suitable to share with family as was our case with our children, grandchildren and dogs. The garden and pool are beautiful. This Villa is simply beautiful! The pool is great! The infrastructure is wonderful! I'll be back next year without hesitation! The hosts are super accommodating! Not to mention Rosa!! Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings, the pictures don't do it justice. So peaceful with lovely views of the sea. Loads of space inside and out , the pool was great. The owners/ family were aleays available to help and nothing was too much trouble. We have been coming to Alcossebre for nearly 20 years and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay, the Villa was just a beautiful as the photos, so clean and spacious and decorated in a traditional style which we loved, and very well looked after. Every amenity has been thought of, and the little touches were really appreciated. The highlight is definitely the pool, such a good size, and combined with the seating area and barbecue meant we rarely wanted to leave the Villa! The area was lovely and quiet, with the beach less than a 2 minute walk (as others have said bring beach shoes), a great supermarket just around the corner, as well as a bus stop if you don’t want to drive into the main centre of Vinaròs. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and as described. It's super well equipped, nothing missing. The beach is very close, the house is in a pleasant and quiet setting, the garden is beautiful as is the pool, the BBQ area is very well equipped. First things first: Joris is the perfect host. You can not ask for faster reactions. Any issue we had, any question was immediately taken care of. No question that Joris cares. The spot is amazing. If you are on a motorbike there is no better place maybe even in the world to discover and enjoy the rides. Also quite good weather during winter (besides cold mornings and a few rainy days). Had a shepherd that dropped by with his goats, lovely scenery and amazing sun dawns. Just a good place. As in any spanish spot some dogs are barking at night but nothing major. You definitely need a car (or motorbike) to go shopping or discover the area but this is what this space is made for: off the grid. A few things to be aware of: the house is a piece of art and you have to be ok with being exposed to wildlife. As a couple that knows each other well for years the open house concept feels cool but be aware that there is no door, no rooms, no privacy 😂. Heating was fixed during our stay. Lovely

It's perfect! It has a spectacular garden and an excellent location, the pool is an ideal size, in the afternoon it has shade thanks to the house.

The garden is filled with lovely plants, creating a lush, serene environment that is perfect for relaxation. At night, the solar lights illuminate the property, transforming it into a magical retreat that was simply enchanting to return to after a day out. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and very spacious villa. The facilities are fantastic, especially the pool and the outdoor BBQ, which we really enjoyed. Carlos is a very friendly and responsive host, always available to answer our questions and help us. The place is perfect for a group of 12 people, including children. It is recommended to rent cars to fully enjoy the surroundings. We highly recommend this villa and will gladly return!

The house is fully equipped as described and located in a pleasant holiday area. It has a great pool, also the parking on the property is perfect. Silvia was easily accessible. Sea, with extensive dog beach, is reachable in a few minutes' walk. We enjoyed the holiday very much, and would come back anytime.

Without a doubt, it was the best vacation we've ever had, a beautiful and very comfortable house in a very quiet and relaxing place, surrounded by nature and fauna to spend a few days of luxury and disconnection. A very well-equipped house, fantastic terrace, great barbecue to enjoy with the family, good views, Rafael's garden, the Naranjos fields, simply wonderful. My family and I have really enjoyed the pool, which is great for both adults and children, a Having hammocks like it does is a plus. Another point in its favor is that it only takes 10 minutes by car to Peñíscola to go to the beach or whatever you want. Rafael, Sara's father, is very attentive, friendly and pleasant. The first morning we got up there, he had left us a box full of vegetables from his garden on the terrace, DELICIOUS!!! A great gesture on his part. Anyway, if it's possible, next summer we'd like to go back and be able to repeat this great experience we've had. I recommend it 100x100

We had an excellent week in this beautiful house, spacious, functional and nothing was missing. Everything is designed to have a good vacation, from board games to laundry bins. The house and its exterior are perfectly thought out, and we enjoyed staying in a house with wind and solar power. A beautiful pool, an outdoor barbecue, an outdoor pizza oven, an outdoor shower for beach returns (a hundred meters walk), hammocks, and a very nice space on the roof of the house with sea views. We can only recommend this house, including the host and was very pleasant and available.
