The small apartment, measuring 30 m², with a maximum capacity of 2 guests, includes the following spaces: - Bedroom with a large queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm) to ensure a good night's sleep, LED lighting, sea views, and access to the outdoor terrace. The room also has 2 reading lamps and a wardrobe with a mirror. - The small 5 m² outdoor terrace offers views of the sea, the fishing port, and the Serra d'Irta Natural Park. It has a table and chairs for enjoying a glass of wine, breakfast, or lunch outdoors while taking in the pleasant sunset over the Mediterranean. - The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, toaster, etc.) and includes all necessary cooking utensils. The sink doubles as a washbasin. Basic cooking ingredients are provided, as well as complimentary tea, jams, and herbal infusions. Kitchen paper, dishcloth, dish soap, and a sponge are also provided, saving you the inconvenience and expense of purchasing these essential items. - The dining area features a dining table, comfortable chairs, a flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony overlooking Calle Mayor, a very picturesque area. - The bathroom has a shower with a screen. Toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and a hairdryer are provided. The sink is located outside the bathroom and doubles as a dishwashing sink. We offer high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi (1000 Mbps), allowing you to stay connected or work remotely without any issues. The apartment features a high-quality ducted air conditioning system (4000 BTU) and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay in both winter and summer.
