Carol’s place was exactly what we were looking for! After spending most of our trip further south, we needed a place to stay for the night before our flight out of San José. The place was easy to find, very convenient to the airport, and exactly as described. Very clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Surprisingly quiet for how close it was to the airport. Not much car traffic. Walking distance to a mini super and great restaurant, Tierra Fertil. We would stay again if we were spending more time in Alajuela. Thank you Carol!

Nuestra estadia fue increíble, nuestras mascotas pudieron disfrutar al igual que nosostros, la casa es increíblemente hermosa, concepto abierto, con una habitación. La piscina es definitivamente un plus, solo que si le pega mucho sol y no hay sombrillas o toldos para repeler un poquito el sol, pero sin embargo, la pasamos genial Durante las noches hace mucho viento, se nos hizo un poco incómodo el sonido del viento ya que si es bastante fuerte y las ventanas de vidrio suenan bastante Si buscas un lugar tranquilo y petfriendly te lo recomiendo.

My family had a wonderful time during our stay here. The host was incredibly responsive and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The location was ideal for relaxation, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Costa Rica.

Un hospedaje muy bonito y acogedor, en una zona privada y de fácil acceso, con facilidad para poder transitar y movilizarse en la zona. En interior del del departamento es sumamente impecable, y sobresale un increíble aseo por todas las áreas, era un gran disfrute poder dormir en la habitación y disfrutar de todas las comodidades que se ofrecen, se nota el el genuino interés y esfuerzo de los dueños por construir un espacio acogedor y limpio para las personas que los visitan. Y la actitud y trato de los anfitriones es super amigable y gentil, la anfitriona te recibe super bien y de una forma muy cortes y gentil, en general un increíble trato. Super recomendado y una opción que tendré muy presente para un futuro viaje a la zona de Liberia.

The house was very clean and spacious. The directions given by the host made it easy to find. There is a gravel road the last 1/4 mile or so up to the house, but there are gravel roads all over the area, so this was not a big deal. The house is close to many excursions/activities in the area. The yard is very big with a pool and basketball court. The property was very private. We had 7 people, all adults and the house was great for all of us.

Harry’s place was in absolutely perfect location just few minutes drive to La Fortuna waterfall and all amenities in La Fortuna center. Everything was clean and comfortable, terace had stuning view to Volcano Arenal (if you are lucky and it is not foggy). Also has beautiful garden full of plants (Harry gave us some comments what he planted) and some animals (chickens, fishes in small pond etc.). We enjoyed our stay so much and can just recommend!
