Vacation rentals with beach access in Alajuela Province

We spent 3 nights, the owners live next to the apartment but zero stress with them Very friendly and kind. A very nice place surrounded by greenery. Ahhh and they have fast food, very good and tasty, they bring it to the apartment Highly recommended

The view over the lake arenal is just phenomenal! The house has a huge garden with some fruits, herbs & vegetables wich we were allowed to eat. We can for sure recommend.

the Airbnb was 5 starts for the price. clean and safe. everything you need with a restaurant and groceries across the street. street sounds can be heard throughout the night, so beware if you're a light sleeper and need absolute quite. but the home was lovely. I would definitely stay again

Well indicated accommodation, well equipped, there is everything you need and you are not bothered by a vis-a-vis the neighborhood! The view of the vegetation from the hill across the street is nice! Also, the fact that the listing is upstairs has the advantage of not having too many insects in the house!

In terms of value for money, it seems pretty good to me. A small but comfortable apartment to spend the night in a quiet area and close to the tourist part of the port.

Kristian was a great host, he met us at the property and helped us to use the washing machine and suggested activities. It’s worth noting that there is some traffic noise, in the double bedroom because it’s close to the road but we slept fine using ear plugs. It’s a handy stopover for taking the ferry.

This home sits just minutes from a Nature reserve, and the beach is so close you can hear the rolling of the waves from your balcony ❤️. The home is perfect for a couple looking to get away from it all, or small group with the 3 units stacked above each other. The pool is the perfect temperature for a day of relaxation without leaving the yard.

Everything was great—super beautiful, clean, and very peaceful, just what we were looking for. The house has everything needed for a pleasant stay. We would definitely visit this place again. The pool is clean and large.

Very safe and private, you can really rest in the place. We loved the pool and the ranch, it's big and suitable for the whole family. The nearby river is beautiful, we didn't imagine it was so nice, it's a place to connect with nature and rest with the family. Close to the Rincón de la Vieja Volcano and about an hour from the Bahía Junquillal Wildlife Reserve, a wonderful beach, we would definitely come back again. Jorge was very helpful at all times, he was attentive to us and what we needed, he is a super host, we recommend it.

The property is as it appears in the photos. It's a very nice, spacious and comfortable property. The beach is a few steps away and is very quiet.

Fantastic stay with a fantastic host. Edward thought of everything to make our stay exactly how we envisioned it. The casita is a phenomenal home to just get away from it all. This is a must book, one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed in and even more stunning in person than the photos. It feels like a luxury stay and has all possible amenities. Jorge the gardener maintains the property so beautifully, and it has its own little walking trail around the grounds. He cut down fresh coconuts for my children to try. It also felt like some kind of wonderful cheat code to be able to set up an account at the hotel and use their facilities, which are also luxury level stunning. It’s about a two minute drive to the beach and five minutes from the little town Islita with a couple of restaurants. I hope we can come back again.

We only stayed one night, but wish it had been longer. The house had plenty of space for 4 adults and two teenagers. We spent the evening on the back deck playing cards. In the morning, we were on the deck again watching beautiful birds and fun monkeys playing in the trees. The pool was clean and warm. Highly recommend. 30 minutes from Liberia airport.
