Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Alajuela Province

What a perfect and beautyful place! The house is very nice, and there are a lot of places to sit and just chill and enjoy the birds and the pool! The rooms have very good beds and airco's! The kitchen is complete with al kind of kitchentools. We loved the bbq, and everything we needed was there! Nearby are a lot of nice restaurants, 20 minutes to Tarcoles and the highway to San José and Puntarenas is very close. Carlos the home owner is such a nice person and super helpfull. Nidia is the housekeeper and back-up if you need her help with anything.. She is someone you want to keep for yourself!

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour à cet endroit bucolique. Très bien situé près de Tilarãn et des endroits où nous allions pêcher à 30 minutes de l'endroit. le micro climat de cette région fut très confortable et nous y retournerons très certainement. la communication avec Dyanne fut efficace et fluide. Elle était toujours disponible.

Allan nos recibió muy bien en nuestra estadía! La casa nos pareció más linda que en las fotos. El lugar muy privado. Estuvimos muy conectados con la naturaleza. Tener en cuenta que queda a 10 minutos en auto a la fortuna. Gracias Allan! Sin duda volveremos.

Absolutely beautiful! Had the best time and highly recommend the horseback ride. Hosts were very responsive/ great with communication. Definitely not for you if you’re bothered by wildlife + long bumpy drives, so something to keep in mind. The view was insanely gorgeous!! Will be back.

Jorge is incredible, our flight from Panama to Costa Rica had mechanical difficulties so we didn't get to Costa Rico until 10:30 p.m. After picking up a rental (which I highly recommend if you are staying here) it was after midnight. We had some difficulty finding the house Jorge came out to meet us rather than just do directions. The house was very comfortable and the bathroom including the amenities were fabulous!

El lugar es increíble, es aun más lindo que en las fotos. Está muy bien equipado y limpio. Todas las personas del grupo durmieron muy bien, inclusive el colchón inflable es bastante grande y cómodo. En nuestra estadía por el tamaño del grupo nos dieron acceso a dos villas así que todos los huéspedes tenían su propia cama y baño. La pasamos genial 🙏100% recomendado.

My friends and I stayed at Manuel’s place for two nights and cannot recommend it enough! He and his staff were courteous, communicative and friendly, and the Villa was perfect for our group of 3. The restaurant on site has great breakfast. We didn’t get to try out the pools but hopefully on a future trip! If you are planning on going to an event at Parque Viva, the location is excellent. It’s also very close to the airport.

Greetings, I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. We loved the views of the lake and mountains. The view from the living room is a constant reminder of the incredible natural beauty of Arenal. We enjoyed how the morning light fills the house, especially the main bedroom. We cooked almost every day. Great stove and a well equipped kitchen was a plus and saved us a lot of money. The house is cozy with great views. The grounds are beautiful and enhance the surrounding natural beauty. We really enjoyed the quiet comfort of the house and the environment you have created. Un endroit magnifique qui répondait bien à nos attentes. Nous avons adoré. Et le personnel était vraiment très très très gentil et attentionné. Des gens honnêtes, souriants et aidants. Le logement 10/10, le site 10/10 et le personnel 20/10. Je le recommande fortement. Merci à Jorge et toute son équipe très attentionné.

Ruben was an amazing host! Place was super cozy and he was SUPER NICE! We couldnt feel more at home than what we did! This was the consensus of myself, wife and kids! Will look for this place when going to Costa Rica!!

La locación es increíble, si lo que busca es tranquilidad y paz este es el espacio. Muy cerca de Santa Clara y hasta el portón todo asfaltado. Y Marisol nos atendió a las mil Maravillas. Para volver definitivamente.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Jonathan! Der Ausblick ist wunderschön, der Empfang war super herzlich und er war jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist top und genau wie beschrieben – am besten mit einem Allradfahrzeug zu erreichen. Vielen Dank auch für die leckeren Empanadas!

Ein wunderschöner Garten mit zahlreichen Tieren. Ein muss ist es bis in die Dunkelheit draußen zu sitzen. Eine tolle Unterkunft mit Flair. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wish we could have stayed longer! Rick and Ashley were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The place was so beautiful and peaceful with such thoughtful touches and amenities like local fruit, snacks, and cold drinks. The location was also so convenient! Some of the best hosts I’ve experienced. Highly highly recommend!

we had an amazing time and would definitely come back. Our highlight: you can spot a lot of animals from the deck of the house including a sloth and a toucan. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. if you are looking for a place that is peaceful, private but still only a 10 minute drive to the town, this is perfect for you.

Where to begin...a beautiful location outside of the thick tourist zone of La Fortuna. The views and surroundings were breathtaking. Only about a 10-minute drive into the center of La Fortuna with great dining options. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Agustin was responsive and very friendly. Highly recommend this stay for you and your family! Would also be very private and romantic for a couple.
