Stylish apartment with nice terrace and ocean views. In a residential area with a pool and very nice and well-kept common areas, and above all quiet. Very bright, spectacular terrace, spacious bedroom with 1.5x2m bed (new mattresses), kitchen with pin, AA, fast internet, 50"TV (YouTube, Prime..). Close to all kinds of services: Beach 500m away, supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants less than a 5min walk. Marina 10min by boardwalk. Palace of Congresses is a 15-minute walk.

Studio 12 in Torre Bahía overlooking the sea

Very bright studio with stunning views, 250 yards from the beach. Ocean and mountain views. Spectacular balcony for the summer, you can see the sunrise and in the evenings it is shaded. Great for lunch and dinner. It has all the amenities, full kitchen (with microwave, toaster, induction hob, etc.), air conditioning with a heat pump, washing machine, refrigerator, TV, table and chairs both inside the studio and on the terrace.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Nice apartment 300 meters from the beach and close to the leisure area. Restaurants, very well located, quiet area, residential building with only 4 floors, located on the third floor, corner apartment with its own terrace. The building also has its own swimming pool and has a free parking area just behind the building

A stone's throw from the beach where you can do multiple water activities and very close to leisure areas with restaurants, cafes and services. The promenade takes you to the marina where you will find many bars and cafes. Additionally, the apartment was recently renovated in June 2023.
