It was a great pleasure to stay at Antonio's house. The house has everything you could possibly need. The place is spacious and also very quiet and cozy. The bedroom windows overlook the green park, and the other windows overlook the pool and the scenic mountains. There is also a very nice beach within a short walking distance from the house, in my opinion the best beach in the surrounding area. We work remotely and the place has fast internet and is suitable for work. Antonio is a very nice person and it was easy and pleasant for us to communicate with him. We absolutely loved our stay at Joaquin's place. We were 4 couples with kids staying together for a week and we had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard with the swimming pool, a charcoal bbq and plancha; it was fantastic! Joaquin was a very responsive host, always there when we needed something. It was a perfect stay. Highly recommend this place. To be aware that the place is a little old, it needs to be renewed eventually but it didn't affect our overall stay. Just putting it out there so people know what to expect.

The very kind owner is always attentive to everything. The house just like the pictures spacious comfortable and beautiful I don't have any complaints we loved it. Also very close to the beach, the beach is behind the literal urbanization. You can also walk for a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also a 2in from Almeria and close to Cabo de gata and its villages about 30-40min we found the recommended location great. i think I was one of the first to book this place and there were almost no reviews, but it was a hit. The location can't be better, you can go barefoot to swim on the beach, and directly dine in the chiringuitos area, or go a 5 minute walk to the administrative center of Roquetas de Mar. It should be recognized that the house could use a renovation or renovate the decor, but everything works well, it is cared for and clean, and it matches the photos.

Great place, close to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. Everything is quite new. We were two people, while the place is designed for up to 7 persons, but we think 5 would be the limit.

I recommend this rental. Apparently in excellent condition. Bright and very clean with a terrace with beautiful sea views. Manuel and welcoming, he is responsive when we send him a message. We had a lovely stay, the area is very pretty. Shops, beaches, restaurants are within walking distance. This is one of the best rentals we've had on Airbnb in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Thanks to Manuel for hosting us and for his responsiveness.

Spectacular. The apartment is really nice, we loved the views. Good location. It is very well equipped, a 10 for cleanliness and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Juana is very friendly and pleasant, she helps and guides you very well. My friends and I were very happy!

Amazing location right next to the beach. Parking was a bit dodgy with the beach traffic though. Flat was super spacious had everything we needed. Boat was responsive when we had any issues at all. Bit of a walk to the city centre, but by bus it was only 20min.

Diego is a great host . Great instructions and recommendations and always responded quickly . The apartment is fantastic with good amenities and views- that does mean it is up a steep hill . Diego provided complimentary welcome refreshments which was appreciated and a lovely surprise . I visited with my 2 children in their early 20s and Aguadulce itself provided a mix of nice restaurants and late night bars for the boys . I enjoyed spending time at the immaculate pool and nearby beach and shops . We also visited Almeria city by public transport - 30 mins and this is worth a visit with its old town and tourist train . To get the most of a visit would recommend a car to get to see the surrounding areas such as the national parc and Mojacar. Would recommend this apartment for its facilities location and exceptional host .

Amazing host and excellent recommendations! We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t be more satisfied. The only thing to keep in mind is the 15-minute gravel road leading to the accommodation. Highly recommended

This compound is fabulous for a large group stay. We made great use of the large kitchen and outdoor cooking and dining. The cooling pool is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!
