This lovely, spacious space has all of the amenities (strong wifi, washer + dryer, etc.) and it's a great location—easy to walk everywhere, and very close to the beach. It was easy to find street parking, and it's a great home base for exploring Parque Natural Del Cabo De Gata Níjar.

Efficient and well-furnished apartment on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs and lift. New kitchen, practical bathroom and bedroom with plenty of storage space and bed with good, firm mattress. Morning sun on terrace overlooking street and sea. Great place to stay in this area, just half an hour from Almeria.

Fabulous apartment, perfect for a family or two couples. All the facilities are amazing quality and you have everything that is needed.

This is our second visit to Ruben's and Javi's house, was same as before super clean, very nice neighbour too. We will be Back soon.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, small but very well taken advantage of. The sofa is very spacious and comfortable and so is the bed. The pool and grounds are great. It is a very nice place, with a lot of easy parking (in the apartment square, and if you prefer, on the main avenue there is free public parking), very close to the beach and the promenade, and overlooking the sea. It is close to supermarkets, and in the area there are very good cafes and restaurants. What more could you ask for?

Nick was a great host, attentive at all times that we were comfortable in the apartment. We have made plenty of suggestions and interesting recommendations. The house is functional and practical, and beautifully decorated, to make your stay enjoyable. The views of Cabo de Gata are wonderful and the facilities of the urbanization are great. Magnificent apartment. Everything matches the photos and description. Very good location, very close to the beach, in a very quiet area. Loli's service was excellent, always available for anything we needed. To be repeated.

The apartment is on the top (third) floor. There is everything you need. It has a nice terrace with a awning, very useful for the afternoon sun. And it's equipped with three air conditioners! The washing machine and the stove are easy to use. The bathroom is also equipped with a bidet. The beds are comfortable. There is a very clean community pool, supervised by a lifeguard (sunday excluded). It is not allowed to make loud noise between 15:00 and 17:00. Important: there is an electricity meter: even paying attention to the comsumption, you may need to add extra money (in 1 or 2 euro coins).

Very cozy apartment and very good to rest after a day at the beach and activities, quiet and peaceful area, totally recommended

We had very fluid communication with Veronica and Yolanda, always very attentive to us. The apartment is very well laid out with the size it has for about 4 people (there were 3 of us and we were very comfortable). It has a large terrace, a living room with a sofa bed and open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (living room and bedroom have air conditioning), and a parking space. The concierge at the building's reception was always very nice to us regarding the questions we had. Overall it was a 10/10 stay, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time, and my girls because at the entrance to the residential is the one at a pekeña fair from Friday to Saturday

Maria's apartment was undoubtedly the cleanest we have found in a long time, everything was spotless both the rooms and the bathroom,kitchen,living room! We really liked it,we felt right at home! The area is very quiet and we really liked that! It is a very nice apartment with several pools including jacuzzi on the premises! Good deal and the house unbeatable! The stay was quite good, the only one of the beds went out and they had to sleep with the mattresses on the floor but otherwise the house was intact and the amazing host woman! Graciassss!!

We stayed in this casita in Almeria a few days and the truth was very good. The house was very clean, the host let us even before the apartment which is appreciated , I always kindly answer my questions or whatever questions I had quickly. The area was quite nice. We will definitely repeat 😀
