L'alloggio è andato oltre le nostre aspettative. Alla prima difficoltà nel trovare il numero di prenotazione al check-in automatico la receptionist ci e venuta in auto. Alloggio pulito e confortevole. wifi senza lag. la piscina in terrazzo era la ciliegina sulla torta. abbiamo anche preso il parcheggio, molto comodo ma inutile in questo periodo dell'anno. ottima esperienza complessiva ci tornerei!

we stayed with two kids, and had a lovely time. although cabo de gata may be more famous in summer, winter time there is great. the village is super welcoming, small but lively: we had a fantastic Friday night with live music at a bar on the beach. the house Is right by the sea, and the waves would be the soundtrack of your stay. Raphael was so kind and welcoming! and the house is filled with art and great pictures of the area, presents of previous guests. Thanks!!! 💓

Apartamento espectacular, tres habitaciones, dos baños salón comedor, cocina equipada, climatizado por conductos y una terraza con vistas a la piscina. Todo amueblado y dispuesto para disfrutarlo. Posiblemente en una de las mejores zonas de Almería muy cercano al cabo de gata y a sus playas y pueblos. Genial!!

Our stay at Stephen and Karen’s felt like home in the best cosy way. Lovely apartment with absolutely everything you need, and wonderful terraces with sun both mornings and evenings. Communicating with Stephen was so easy and personal. We hope to come back one day.

Excellent apartment that felt really homely and comfortable. The area is really accessible to the main restaurants and shops in the city. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the beach. We parked a car at the Parkia (La Rambla) nearby for a full week (about €10 per day). The apartment had everything we needed from wine openers to coffee machines (and plenty of coffee). We didn’t really need anything else of the essentials, Nono even left an ample supply of bottled water for us. The apartment is a bit narrower and smaller than we expected from the photos but we were happy with the size nonetheless. It is on the ninth floor of an apartment block. There are neighbours who can be heard at times.

De ontvangst door host Raquel was zeer hartelijk. Kleine problemen werden snel opgelost. Het appartement ligt pal aan zee en er is ruim genoeg voor 4 personen. Aan de boulevard zijn diverse gezellige restaurants, waar tegen redelijke prijzen lekker gegeten kan worden. Het is in de ochtend altijd weer een genoegen om te kijken vanaf het balkon naar de kleine vissersboten en de binnenkomende ferry boten uit Marokko. In avond keert de rust om ongeveer 23.00 weer terug. Kortom een heerlijke plek en een geweldige host.

Jesus' place is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. It's close to the beach and there are some restaurants nearby. We did several great daytrips from here to explore in the region. Jesus was a responsive and helpful host, we recommend visiting his place!

Unos días muy agradables . Muy recomendable. Saray un encanto. Las playas de Almería nada que envidiar a un paraíso. La comida maravilla,nos quedamos con el típico arroz con bogavante en el chiringuito de cabo de Gata enfrente del mar ,todo un lujazo .Despues del día de playa al anochecer música en directo en pleno paseo marítimo ,nos dejo alucinados.Sin duda para repetir.Muchas gracias por la estancia.

Efficient and well-furnished apartment on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs and lift. New kitchen, practical bathroom and bedroom with plenty of storage space and bed with good, firm mattress. Morning sun on terrace overlooking street and sea. Great place to stay in this area, just half an hour from Almeria.

El alojamiento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, es pequeño pero muy bien aprovechado. El sofá es muy amplio y cómodo y la cama también. La piscina y los jardines están super bien. Es un sitio muy agradable, con muchísima facilidad de aparcamiento (en la plaza del apartamento, y si lo prefieres, en la avenida principal hay un parking público gratuito), muy cerca de la playa y del paseo, y con vistas al mar. Está cerca de los supermercados, y en la zona hay muy buenas cafeterías y restaurantes. ¿Qué más se puede pedir?

Apartamento magnífico. Todo se corresponde según las fotos y la descripción del mismo. Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de la playa, en zona muy tranquila. El trato de Loli ha sido excelente estando pendiente en todo momento para cualquier cosa que hemos necesitado. Para repetir.

The apartment is on the top (third) floor. There is everything you need. It has a nice terrace with a awning, very useful for the afternoon sun. And it's equipped with three air conditioners! The washing machine and the stove are easy to use. The bathroom is also equipped with a bidet. The beds are comfortable. There is a very clean community pool, supervised by a lifeguard (sunday excluded). It is not allowed to make loud noise between 15:00 and 17:00. Important: there is an electricity meter: even paying attention to the comsumption, you may need to add extra money (in 1 or 2 euro coins).

A comfortable lounge area features a plush sectional sofa and a wooden TV cabinet. Natural light floods in through large windows, illuminating a dining table set for four. Light-colored tile flooring complements the warm tones of the furnishings.

Tuvimos una comunicación muy fluida con Verónica y Yolanda, siempre muy atentas con nosotros. El apartamento está muy bien distribuido con el tamaño que tiene para unas 4 personas (nosotros éramos 3 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos). Cuenta con una amplia terraza, salón con un sofá cama y cocina abierta, una habitación con cama de matrimonio y un cuarto de baño (salón y habitación cuentan con aires acondicionados), y una plaza de garaje. El conserje de la recepción del edificio siempre fue muy amable con nosotros respecto a las dudas que tuvimos. En general ha sido una estancia 10/10, volvería a alojarme aquí sin dudarlo.

La Maria és encantadora i molt atenta en tot moment. no hi ha pàrquing al davant pero buscant en trobes. L apartament és agradable es dorm molt bé, i està molt aprop de la platja amb el nostre gosset ha estat fantàstic!! Moltes gràcies Maria fins aviat!!

El apartamento de Maria fue sin duda la mas limpia que hemos encontrado en mucho tiempo,estaba todo impecable tanto las habitaciones como el baño,cocina,salon! Nos gustó mucho,nos hemos sentido como en nuestra casa! La zona es muy tranquila y eso nos gustó mucho! Es un apartamento muy bonito con varias piscinas incluso jacuzzi en las instalaciones! Muchas gracias a Maria y su hija por ser tan amables y pendientes de todo en cualquier momento! Gracias por dejarnos disfrutar de vuestra casa! Recomiendo con toda la confianza del mundo y nosotros volveremos seguramente!

Buen trato y la casa inmejorable! La estancia bastante buena, lo único una de las camas se salio y tuvieron que dormir con los colchones en el suelo pero por lo demás la casa intacta y la anfitriona increíble mujer! Graciassss!!
