Efficient and well-furnished apartment on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs and lift. New kitchen, practical bathroom and bedroom with plenty of storage space and bed with good, firm mattress. Morning sun on terrace overlooking street and sea. Great place to stay in this area, just half an hour from Almeria.

Fabulous apartment, perfect for a family or two couples. All the facilities are amazing quality and you have everything that is needed.

This is our second visit to Ruben's and Javi's house, was same as before super clean, very nice neighbour too. We will be Back soon.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, small but very well taken advantage of. The sofa is very spacious and comfortable and so is the bed. The pool and grounds are great. It is a very nice place, with a lot of easy parking (in the apartment square, and if you prefer, on the main avenue there is free public parking), very close to the beach and the promenade, and overlooking the sea. It is close to supermarkets, and in the area there are very good cafes and restaurants. What more could you ask for?

Nick was a great host, attentive at all times that we were comfortable in the apartment. We have made plenty of suggestions and interesting recommendations. The house is functional and practical, and beautifully decorated, to make your stay enjoyable. The views of Cabo de Gata are wonderful and the facilities of the urbanization are great. I would repeat without hesitation. Thank you for everything Nick🤗

Amazing and super modern apartment with a stunning view. For those who want to relax, this is the perfect spot in the middle of the nature. There’s even a family of dear and we could see them from the balcony walking around and even on the street in front of the building. The place is a bit out of the way so it’s mandatory having a car to go for groceries, a cafe or even visiting around. There’s no food delivery available there but the kitchen is super well equipped. Really recommend!

Magnificent apartment. Everything matches the photos and description. Very good location, very close to the beach, in a very quiet area. Loli's service was excellent, always available for anything we needed. To be repeated.

The apartment is on the top (third) floor. There is everything you need. It has a nice terrace with a awning, very useful for the afternoon sun. And it's equipped with three air conditioners! The washing machine and the stove are easy to use. The bathroom is also equipped with a bidet. The beds are comfortable. There is a very clean community pool, supervised by a lifeguard (sunday excluded). It is not allowed to make loud noise between 15:00 and 17:00. Important: there is an electricity meter: even paying attention to the comsumption, you may need to add extra money (in 1 or 2 euro coins).

We had very fluid communication with Veronica and Yolanda, always very attentive to us. The apartment is very well laid out with the size it has for about 4 people (there were 3 of us and we were very comfortable). It has a large terrace, a living room with a sofa bed and open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (living room and bedroom have air conditioning), and a parking space. The concierge at the building's reception was always very nice to us regarding the questions we had. Overall it was a 10/10 stay, I would definitely stay here again.

The place was as advertised. Safe, quiet residence. Lovely and friendly neighbors. Everything was perfect, nothing was missing and the hot tub on the rooftop terrace was full of views🤩. A very responsive and friendly host. We spent 10 days and we'll be back without hesitation. We were advised by Carol to go to the friends' cafe in Aguadulce and really I recommend +++ Big thanks for your stay and your hospitality.

Good deal and the house unbeatable! The stay was quite good, the only one of the beds went out and they had to sleep with the mattresses on the floor but otherwise the house was intact and the amazing host woman! Graciassss!!

We stayed in this casita in Almeria a few days and the truth was very good. The house was very clean, the host let us even before the apartment which is appreciated , I always kindly answer my questions or whatever questions I had quickly. The area was quite nice. We will definitely repeat 😀
