Margit's place is perfect for spending a few quiet and pleasant days. The beach is very close and from the residential development you have several accesses. The accommodation is quiet, pleasant and equipped with everything a couple needs. The pool is large and right in front of the house. Margit was an excellent host

Very warm welcome. Well-located apartment to shine: Almeria, Malaga, Granada, Tabernas Desert... and the beautiful beaches of Cabo de Gata Nature Reserve. In addition, Leonor and Fernando remain available at all times and provide valuable advice. Following a breakdown of our vehicle and before repatriation, they were particularly attentive by allowing us to stay longer in the apartment. We thank them for that.

We stayed again for another year, Sandra is very attentive and her house makes you feel at home. Everything is very clean and with all the amenities, it does not lack any detail. We were there during the Almería fair and she left us the party program with a welcome basket with potatoes, cherry tomatoes, rolls and water in the fridge. She advised us on what to do at the fair and how to get downtown. A 10 as a host. The location is very good, a quiet area with a Mercadona nearby and different bars for tapas in the area.

Quiet apartment, beautiful courtyard for meals and sun. Very responsive host for any request, very friendly and always available for our questions or additional equipment.

I was overly impressed with the condition and convenience of this gem of a home . It superseded expectations:). Carmen was quick to respond and clearly communicated instructions , I didn’t have any needs or ask during my stay as I but she checked in with me after a few days none the less . 5 star experience all around 🤩

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. Mae is very nice and let us in earlier than agreed. The facilities are great and very clean. The only problem is that we could not enter the pool on Monday or the day we entered, otherwise everything is very good!

We had a great stay in this apartment in the center of Almería. The location is perfect for walking around the city, and the apartment is brand new, modern and very well equipped with everything you need. In addition, the host was charming, very helpful and kind at all times. We would definitely repeat. Highly recommended!

good location to leave the car and walk in the center. there was a supermarket very close. I did not have problems finding free parking. the accommodation spotless. I will repeat without a doubt

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

Beautiful apartment in a lively environment. Many restaurants and the shopping center are within walking distance. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Óscar provided very detailed check-in instructions and was always quick to reach. The parking space in the parking garage is a bit cramped, but with a few maneuvers also doable with a larger car. The area is very busy and chairs are moved down in the gastronomy until late at night. However, the location is also the big advantage of the apartment.
