Monthly Rentals in 8th arrondissement

Pierre is an incredibly nice and attentive Airbnb host. I felt very comfortable in his place and even find that the room (considering the value for money) exceeded my expectations. The room was also equipped with all the essentials, so you don't really have to worry about anything. The only small disadvantage is perhaps that the walls are a bit thin. However, quiet hours are observed, so this did not pose a real problem. The accommodation is therefore only recommended! And thank you, Pierre!

I really enjoyed my stay in Elise's AirBnB, which become a home away from home in Paris. Elise was a wonderful host and the apartment had everything available for a long stay. The quartier is a little noisy but also amazingly situated - right down the street from the Moulin Rouge and 15 minutes walk away from the Sacré Cœur. I recommend this AirBnB to anyone looking for a long stay in Paris!

I stayed for a month in Alain's studio so I could find an apartment in Paris. The apartment was very functional, extremely well located with several metro stations very close to the Arc de Triomphe and all the activities available to you. Secure building with two keypad before accessing the apartment. A lot of shops close by for all budgets including an Aldi 500m away. Very good wi-fi connection. Alain was professional, helpful, available and very human. I would recommend this apartment. To anyone wanting to stay for a while in Paris or like me to find an apartment. Thanks again
