The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful, met us at arrival, let to check in early, expected everything and had great suggestions for the restaurants and activities. we are very impressed.

Where should I start? Everything about this place is perfect. Starting with the host. Communication was very pleasant, obliging and very, very nice in advance. We were welcomed as friends and the place was lovingly prepared for us. Everything was sparkling clean and we felt super comfortable. I would especially like to emphasize that Arnaud is super child-friendly. We came with our 3 children and although the apartment is small, that was not a problem. Around the corner is not only Sacre Coer, but also a great little park with play equipment for all ages. Our boys loved to play soccer there. Finally, the location. Unbeatable. We look forward to coming back one day.

Spotless, well-appointed and tastefully-decorated apartment in a great location in the 15th. Quiet street in a good neighborhood with close access to the Metro and good dining and shopping options within easy walk. Alex is a very friendly and responsive host. We look forward to staying here again on future trips to Paris.

Great stay at this lovely flat. Walked to all major attractions - just an uber back from the Eiffel Tower after a big day of walking but otherwise everything else a 5-20 minute walk. Great restaurants and a small grocery store nearby. Loved the thick fluffy towels and good linen, plenty of pillows. Comfortable stay for 4 people for a couple of nights in beautiful Paris!

The apartment is the perfect location for playing tourist in Paris. The unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower fills the window in the living room and bedroom. Getting to the Tower is an easy walk across the bridge. The metro and bus stops are very close and connect you to everything. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. Some previous reviews mention street noise - if you are used to city sounds, this is nothing more than passing traffic. My son slept on the giant sofa in the living room. The host provided sheets and it was extremely comfortable - an adult could sleep on it easily. Please note that the curtains and shutters that fold down outside the windows do not completely block the light. Some streetlight comes through at night, but it is not too bright. However, expect anyone sleeping in the living room to wake with the morning sun. Our host, Samy, was very communicative and went out of his way to ensure we had a good experience.

This was our 4th stay at Chau’s place and it was as welcoming as our previous stays. Chau is a very responsive host. The apartment is easy to find and access is easy as well. The street is quiet even though it’s just a short walk to several restaurants, patisseries, the Rue Cler walk street, and the metro. Plenty of natural light, a spacious bathroom, and a comfortable bedroom make this a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The check in and check out instructions were perfectly clear. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great too - right by the Eiffel Tower! Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

Had a Great Stay during French Open. The Apartment is situated in the safe financial district and offers awesome skyline views from the balcony of the 26th floor. I assume there Are Not many Better places to wake up with a view on the Eifeltower or Sacre Coer! The whole Apartment is modern und spacious, checkin and Communication with Mhedi was brilliant. Absolut recommendation for those who Are looking for an extraordinary stay in Paris!

We stayed in this apartment for 6 days and were very comfortable and cozy. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment has everything you need to live for a long time. The dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer were especially pleasing. The kitchen has a lot of appliances and utensils. Located in a quiet, clean area. There are many cafes, a bakery, shops nearby. We will recommend this place to friends.

Beautiful and comfortable space for 3 of us, lots of places to eat, easy short walk to the palace and to the train station. We would definitely recommend Kate’s place.

Hello to all, This is my first stay and first review on Airbnb. I can only say Thank You Julien for lovely stay. Studio is as described. Maximum for 4 persons, and it has everything you need. In front of studio is parking space, that means a lot who comming with a car. Connectivity to the center of Paris is good and it takes approximatly 45-60min. In front of the building where studio is, is a station for bus No 207. With thus bus you can go to Noisy Le Grand station and catch a train to center of Paris. Julien is a great host and helpful. Check-in went smooth. I can only recommend. Once again thank You Julien.👍

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

Nelly rents a beautiful and cozy apartment! It looks exactly like the pictures! It is very clean, neat and has plenty of room for two people! The bed is comfortable and the bathroom well equipped and spacious!

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

absolutely fantastic accomodation for our stay in Paris for 3 nights, beautiful view from the balcony of pretty much the whole of Paris, including the Eiffel tower!!! Really lovely apartment, small but really everything you need for food, relaxing after a day of exploring and a wonderful balcony to relax on with food and drinks, has all the amenities one would need and more and such a lovely use of the space! Olivier was an excellent host with videos on how everything works and all instructions clearly written and explained and video'd too! He was quick to reply to questions and anything we needed help with before our trip and very eager to be a great host which he was, thoroughly recommend and we would absolutely love to stay again!!
