The garden is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful space where you can truly relax outdoors. Having a private parking spot was a big bonus for us as well. One of the highlights was the spectacular home cinema. We really enjoyed watching a movie in that amazing setup! Our host was fantastic — very kind and accommodating. Since there was no booking after us, they even offered us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay just outside of Paris!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. The three of us had a very nice time, at Frederique's place in Chaville. Very fast train connection to Paris, nicely decorated house and close to nature. Definitely recommended

We, that is my wife, daughter and I, immediately felt comfortable. The house with garden and pool is ingenious and a great starting point for exploring Paris. The walk to the RER train was sent to us in advance by Sophia and was easy to find. From there, three stops to the metro lines 1/2/6 with which we reached the most important sights. We were warmly welcomed and repeatedly asked if there was anything else we needed or if we needed help. Shopping was also within walking distance and directions were also immediately available on request. We enjoyed being Sophia's guests, her husband was also super nice and, to my daughter's delight, we had constant visits from James (the house cat) and the three turtles. If we go to Paris again, we will definitely see that we can check in at Sophia's. Many thanks and best regards and see you soon

This place was amazing! Best AirBnb we stayed at so far! We were a group that for 8 including a one year old. The house/garden was very beautiful, spacious and the driveway was big enough two large cars. We enjoyed stay and will book again if we are visiting the area again.

This is such a beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay in Paris. The children loved the games room and the pool. The living space and bedrooms are really comfortable and the cat is super-friendly. It was an easy walk to the RER station whenever we wanted to go into central Paris. It was wonderful to have such a relaxing space to come back to after a long day out. Booking and check in were very straightforward. Christian provided all the information we needed then we were met on arrival and shown around. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We were particularly well hosted and we are very grateful (addition of a baby bed for the baby, special attention paid to the heating…) The place is superb and relaxing, it's exactly what we were looking for to get away from everyday life! One of the most remarkable houses we have stayed in - a real paradise on the outskirts of Paris. We were a family of 6 (3 young children and 3 adults) and had a lovely week at the house. Everything you need is on your doorstep and the house itself is perfect. The garden is a haven for children to run around and explore. We would come back in a heartbeat.

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

The apartment is comfortable, with an inspiring outdoor space for summer... unfortunately we stayed there during the winter. And our host is very nice and courteous.

I spent a week T this apartment and it was everything I was looking for. One thing to be mindful for is that there are literally four floors and the spiral staircase provides for a great workout. Little children and older people should definitely be cautious! Otherwise it was worth every penny!

Our stay in this charming house in Paris was very pleasant! Located in a strategic area, the house has immediate access to the services of Châtillon, where we found everything we needed: from supermarkets and artisanal bakeries to cafes with that Parisian touch that falls in love. Proximity to metro stations and bus stops made us move around the city a children's game; in a few minutes we were in the heart of Paris, exploring its iconic monuments. The house itself is a dream: comfortable, elegantly decorated, and with an atmosphere that combines classic Parisian charm with modern comforts. Every corner is taken care of with detail, from the cozy furniture to the natural light that floods the space, making it even more beautiful. A highlight, especially for those of us who travel around Europe, was the washing machine in the house. What an advantage to be able to wash our clothes during the trip!

Super friendly landlord who always responds quickly. The neighbors are also very friendly. The studio is very close to metro line 7 and is therefore great for arrival at Gare de l'Est and you can reach a lot of sights without changing trains.

We had a great stay at Emilie & Nicolas house. They gave easy instructions for getting into the property and tips about local amenities prior to staying. The home is in a lovely area with bakeries & shops and a train station nearby which got you quickly into the centre of Paris. Having the secure parking space is also a great addition. The home felt welcoming and having 3 single beds in one room for our 3 children was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. It is not easy to stay at 10 in Paris and its nearby suburbs, also, even if the house is quite far from the center of Paris, with the obligation to take tiring public transport, it was a beautiful address to remember that allowed us to rest in comfort. Wonderful family home in a centrally located and charming neighbourhood. We were a large group and often ate our meals in the home, there are many restaurants around, several of which we used for take out. The living areas are very spacious, and the bedrooms are comfortable. Anne was a very responsive, helpful and kind host. We would have easily stayed another few weeks. Merci!!
