Vacation rentals with breakfast in 8th arrondissement

It was so nice to be so close to the center of Paris in this place where I felt at home far from home. It felt like a cottage in the countryside where we completely unwinded after the adventures in the city. And then it was a small party to see the art of Dale and others hanging and also browsing the bookcase full of interesting books. I'd love to come back. Also to the fine tips of Dale from the surroundings of the city and also Montreuil itself. Just reason to come back for it. And pet Misty. What a beautiful hostess that is!

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

This is a beautiful house. You feel like a guest in their family home. The garden is a lovely bonus when staying in Paris. Cool and restful. There was loads of room for our family of 5 and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The RER is just a few minutes walk away. Great place to stay.

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Thank you Madalena for your hospitality!!!!

Everything was perfect at Kanthinathy’s place. It’s spacious and clean, with all the things you need. Checkin was smooth, they’re waiting us while we arrive. We forgot to bring out socket adopter and asked where we could possibly buy one, Kanthinathy immediately offered to bring us one within 15mins, very kind and best service ❤️ Highly recommended 👍🏻

Bernadette’s apartment work great for me, my husband, and 8 year old. It was convenient to the metro, RER, and bus stops. And we got to see the Eiffel Tower light up at 9pm every night.

The space was clean and more spacious than what I saw in the photos, and the kitchen was equipped with almost everything you need to cook simple meals, so I was able to stay comfortably like at home. It was conveniently located to get around Paris by subway and it was safe. The host was friendly and responded quickly to inquiries. Recommended as a place to stay for a trip to Paris.

We had a great week exploring Paris from Alexandre's place. The description is accurate. It is surprisingly quite area for being so close to great dining and shops. The building is old and as such sound does travel from other suites. We enjoyed wine on the balcony in the sun (nice that it gets afternoon sun). Bernard welcomed us and gave us some tips on some things to see and local recommendations were in the suite along with some welcome treats!. We would stay again without hesitation.

The view alone is worth it. Going to sleep and waking up with a view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower is something we will miss. The apartment itself is stylish, clean and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described. The beds were cozy and the apartment has everything you need. The kids were very excited about the round spinning chair :) The location is great. La Defense neighborhood has everything you could want - cafes, bakeries, stores, boutiques. You can get to the center in about 30 minutes by metro. Communication with the hostess Janine was smooth and easy. Always on touch, always ready to help. If you are lucky enough to find this place available - book it. Paris is a miracle and this apartment makes it even more magical.

Françios was a fantastic host! He was incredibly communicative in the days and weeks leading up to our trip and left no questions about how to access or find the place. The apartment is in the perfect location: very close to two metro stations, accessible to the main strip (while free of much of the noise and foot traffic), and with plenty of food and coffee. The apartment had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable with plenty of additional amenities! It’s clear it was all laid out and designed with guests in mind. We’d highly recommend this location and will be back for our next trip to Paris.

our stay at Thierry's went very well. Thierry was responsive and attentive throughout our stay, he was able to give us good advice. The accommodation is very well located, in a typical area of Paris, close to the Canal Saint Martin, transport, restaurants and commerce. The apartment is comfortable, aggreable, and well-equipped. If we come back to Paris, it will be at Thierry's 😊

The hostess’s warm welcome made us feel right at home, and the little gift was such a lovely surprise — thank you! The morning croissants, pastries, and jam were truly a lifesaver during our packed schedule. We’re especially grateful that she offered a takeaway option — it meant a lot to us. It’s a pity we didn’t have enough time to sit down and chat over a meal, but we’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Paris! And most importantly — the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking! We could see the Eiffel Tower right from our bed, which made waking up and falling asleep each day feel magical. There’s also a shared rooftop terrace upstairs with an even more expansive view. I’m so glad I chose this place for my first stay in Paris. I really hope it’s available again next time!

I had an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, Margaret was incredibly kind and generous, making me feel right at home. Her warm and friendly demeanor truly set the tone for a relaxing stay. The accommodations are perfect for solo travelers. The space is super clean and tidy, with a spacious bathroom that has all the light you need to freshen up. The bedroom is truly a haven of quietness, ensuring the best sleep I’ve had in ages. The internet connection is excellent, which is a huge plus for anyone needing to stay connected. Every morning, I looked forward to the delicious coffee and breakfast provided. It was the perfect way to start my day! Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay. Thank you for a wonderful time!

It was my second time staying in this B&B, earlier with my daughter, now with my husband and again it was extremely well liked. Extremely friendly people, nice clean room with lovely shower, tasty and extensive breakfast! Super flexible people! We could check in earlier and were allowed to leave our bags on the last day to pick them up before departure. Really nice! By metro, you can reach all the sights in Paris within half an hour and Notre-Dame can even be reached by a kilometer or 4 (40 minutes). Close to the B&B is the large shopping center Italie Deux on Place d'Italie. And there are nice boulangeries nearby and on Fridays and Sundays there is a large fresh market around the corner.
