Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

This is not a hotel, this is my home. I'm looking for someone to enjoy and take care of my space as much as I do, while I'm gone for a business trip.. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Numerous metro/subway stops just a few steps away. Go for a run along the Seine river anytime, as is just across the street. Unobstructed view. As with most Parisian buildings, occasional daytime construction may occur nearby in accordance with local regulations.

Latin Quarter, elegant and new

In the famous Latin Quarter, very central, charming and safe. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Notre Dame, opposite the Cardinal Lemoine metro station. In a typical Parisian historic half-timbered building, everything is new and has just been tastefully renovated. Guests say it's charming, they love the decor, the air conditioning, the toilet, the big screen, the HiFi system. This is the apartment we live in when we're in Paris. It has all the comforts possible!

Ideal for exploring the city (on foot, by bike or by metro), you will be in the heart of Paris, between the 2nd and 10th arrondissements. Apartment located in the heart of Paris along the boulevards. Between the Sentier and Marais districts: hypercenter. Less than 100m from Réaumur Sébastopol subway station, 10 minutes from Châtelet subway station, Parisian metro hub. The apartment is located on the sixth floor with elevator, in a superb 19th century building. On the boulevard, unobstructed view, very bright thanks to full sun exposure, three velux windows, under the roofs.

After a 5 months remodel i am glad to share my work and vision of a cozy and warm interior. A mix between an orient express ride vibe and a stay in a Soho house hotel. I always loved working with Oak natural stones and glass, and tried to mix them with the right amount. STRICTLY NO SMOKING APPARTMENT!!
