Luxury rentals in Île-de-France

Wonderful spacious and elegant apartment, better than the photos, superb location. Did not want to leave! All the little thoughtful touches - quality yoga mat, umbrella, drinks in the fridge plus fantastic main amenities.

We loved our flat in Paris. It was absolutely stunning. Everything was just as described and shown in photographs. The hosts included some nice touches after a long day of traveling including still and sparkling water in the fridge, a Nespresso machine, snacks to nibble on, bath amenities from Aesop, and yoga mats. It was in an ideal location making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and many local treasures. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. I was surprised there was only one toilet but the bathrooms in each bedroom were nicely appointed. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a luxurious, 5-star-hotel-quality apartment that is managed very professionally and is well worth the steep price. The apartment is beautiful — stylish, elegant, and immaculate. The Lander mgmt is very responsive and communication was easy and speedy through the Airbnb site (although I found the Lander app confusing). As far as the location, you will be a stone’s throw from the Louvre and the Seine, and can walk easily to many of Paris’ most historic sites. If that’s what you’re looking for, you won’t find a nicer place to stay. Note that most restaurants in the 1st arrondissement are not amazing and they tend to be closed on weekends, so plan accordingly. We had fun taking long walks to the Marais for dinner, and it worked out. If you are prioritizing a luxurious, comfortable place to stay while enjoying the Louvre and sights around the Seine, I cannot recommend this apartment more. We will definitely seek out this or another Lander property next time we’re in Paris.

We had a fantastic 8-night stay! This Airbnb is gorgeous, clean, and feels truly luxurious, with high-quality bed and bath linens. The kitchen is fully functional, the service was outstanding, and the location is excellent for exploring Paris. We were extremely comfortable and impressed throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a wonderful Parisian experience!

Lovely apartment with great attention to detail! The communication was excellent and the amenities perfect. Great location with metro stops across the street and tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay in a Highstay again!

One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. The location was absolutely perfect surrounded by great restaurants, lively bars, and fantastic shopping spots. Just a few meters away, there’s an incredible Korean restaurant that I loved, and a local market where you can enjoy an organic breakfast. The atmosphere of the neighborhood made the experience even better. The apartment itself was stunning, cozy, elegant, and beautifully laid out. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, creating a truly special and memorable stay. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!
