In one of the most beautiful regions of Île-de-France, on the edge of the Rambouillet forest, in the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse, with a wonderful view of peaceful pastures where horses graze, the Domaine du Cerf Volant is an enchanted haven of peace 1 hour from Paris by car (or train), close to Versailles and the beauties of Île-de-France. Far from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a 2-hectare green setting, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a stream and punctuated by a small pond.

Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny).

Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. From your accommodation, you can explore the different areas of the property on foot, by bike or by boat. The village is quiet and very secluded. If you don't have a car, please contact us.

Ideal accommodation for both winter and summer Private sauna and balneotherapy (indoor) The spa area was created under the stone at the site of an old wine cellar. A room has been dedicated to the relaxation area, with light therapy, sauna and two large poufs to relax. The sauna is a real Nordic sauna with a hot stone stove inside. You also have in the living room a superb wood-burning stove for winter nights.
