Vacation rentals with an EV charger in 8th arrondissement

We absolutely loved our stay here, William was very friendly and proactive. Excellent location and very easy to get around the city from.

Herbert was an amazing host. He helped arrange transportation for the 4 of us both to and from the apartment. Any questions we had he was super responsive. We came in early on a Saturday am and he had someone meet us at the apartment with keys and show us around. The apartment is lovely and very comfortable for 4 people. We experienced a very warm spell in Paris during our stay and appreciated the air conditioning. The bedrooms were very quiet with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water in the showers. The location is incredible. The apartment is within a 10 min walk of multiple Metro stops. Paris public transport is stellar and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go easily. It is also only 3 blocks from the Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe. Local restaurants are excellent. Make sure to try both Jerome's and Midore Boulangeries...excellent bakeries. We look forward to a return trip and staying here.

The place overall is very nice and spacious and we enjoyed it. The location is 10/10. Three metro lines, shopping and dining all within a few steps make this a great home base for a trip to Paris. Beds and furniture are comfortable and kitchen/washer/dryer appliances all worked well. The elevator worked well and was not busy. For anyone with mobility challenges there are about 10 steps in the lobby to reach the elevator and 10 steps from the elevator to teach the unit once you go up so keep that in mind if that’s a concern for your group. It is a quiet building in a very safe area. The views of the park and city are even better than the photos. The downstairs lobby is a good waiting area for taxi/rideshare. The internet through Orange’s network went down frequently. Speed was fine when it was working. Families with smaller children may not be comfortable with the low height of access to the windows. We loved our stay at Martines’s place! Martine is so welcoming, kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Her apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood that is quiet with great restaurants nearby. The apartment is exactly as pictured/described and is super comfortable. We would love to stay at Martine’s again when we are in Paris.

The places is excellently located, the amenities and spaces area as good as the description explains. Clean an confortable for a stay in Paris, Get in and get out is really easy and accessible. The landlord is a little hostile, avoid any contact with her. Yessine is really kind is really to help at any time

We had a wonderful stay here in Paris! The metro station was a close walk and the streets were beautiful and felt very safe. The room itself was modern, clean and very comfortable. The only thing I wish was communicated before booking was information regarding the key. Before you get to the building you need to walk the opposite direction to a cute local grocery store to grab the key. Honestly it’s not a big deal because it’s pretty close but the inconvenience of having to also return the key was stressful for us. We had to leave early in the morning for a flight and we were asked to return the key the night before. We were told these instructions at 11am but we had already left to visit Paris for the day and did not bring the key with us. We had to cancel some of our plans in the evening to make sure we were back in time to return to the store before it closed at 10pm. Again, the room and location itself are amazing but I wish the key situation was easier. 😊

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Very nice service! When we wanted to grill, Tarik came with charcoal and lighter ❤️ Fruit, bread, drinks and sweets were available to us when we arrived. Can be recommended.

An amazing space, with a modern set up. The kitchen area was our favorite with all we needed to prepare our delicious meals. The living area had a number of games that kept us all engaged and bonding together. The rooms were well set up, with spacious wardrobes. There are many wall sockets and extensions; the lighting around the house was great for pictures & videos; great set up on the outside for BBQ. Overall, it was very comfortable and I had an unforgettable experience with my friends on this birthday weekend getaway. I definitely recommend!

Great place to stay at. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful parks nearby. And as an additional bonus you can play with a fun and friendly dog Phoebe. Me and my wife loved it and hope to come back here soon

There's not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was okay. We were completely satisfied.

Perfect accommodation: accessibility/proximity to transport, quiet, clean, tidy and with all the necessary equipment. Mathieu is very responsive and friendly, I recommend it!

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

We loved staying at this location, the neighbourhood is so lovely, you can find in there anything you need. The place easily can fit 6 people, mattress are comfortable and our kids enjoyed watching Netflix. The communication with host was very easy and helpful

Nikita’s place was perfect for our night in Paris. Very walkable to many things and an incredible view from the windows.

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!
